I think your jetting sounds lean. What is your elevation? Which carbs exactly? Just run the 110 straight. Don't mix it. Leave the timing at +4. Pipes are definitely holding you back. You're probably down 5-8 HP from what you'd be with CPI, Sniper, Shearer or Rockets.
