does anyone know if dlnoss makes cool heads for anything besides a banshee. id really like to have one for my cr500 but i cant find one anywhere. they tell me there isnt a big enough demand to make them. any info on where to get one or if he makes them would be appreciated.

that guy is a dumbass f*ck head. he will definetely not be gettin any votes from the millions of people who ride atv's. i have never read so much nonsense. its absolutely rediculous to try and get rid of atv's and places we ride. who the f*ck does this guy think he is anyway? id like to meet him. then id run over him with the banshee. THEN he would have a reason to dislike atv's and their riders.

well we really need to know what you plan to do with your banshee. any aftermarket shocks are better than the stock ones. works, ohlins, elkas, axis are all shocks that you could consider. most of the works are decently priced but i dont think you would wanna ride mx with them. elkas are pretty popular now. thats what i have. i paid 850 for a set that are fully adjustable, dual rate, and have piggyback rezzies. RMATV sells works if you would want them. otherwise pick up a Dirtwheels and look thru the ads.

this would prolly be better in the repairs and mods forum or the wanted forum. you might try ebay for some used ones. stock ones run about 115 i think for the uppers brand new.

at our local hillclimb when i had the 350 engine in my banshee i was running in the stock class (no extension over 2 inches, no engine mods). i had toomey t-5s and a cool head. thats about it. i ran 12/41 gearing. its low but thats what i always run in the trails. in all except one hillclimb i took 1st. i was even beating most of the guys in modified class. its gonna depend on what you are up against and how fast you really wanna go. i would recommend a set of pipes, v force reeds, and an aftermarket air filter. if thats what you have now then you may look into some port work.

i went with white brothers nerfs from chapparal. i think they were like 130 or something like that, i like them a lot. they come brushed finished so you can polich them up like crazy. they are definetely worth it.

if you dont trust ebay (i dont) id go with RMATV. thats where i got mine. i think i paid 219 or something. that way i could make sure i got them. too many scammers on ebay.

for my birthday i just got the Canon Powershot A70 digital camera. this thing is sweet. comes with some basic editing programs and its really simple to use. i hated taking film in. but this thing just kicks qass. if i dont want it, i just erase it. its really simple to hoop up to the computer and tv. it takes movies and i can get them on the computer. so one of these days ill be gettin some video up somewhere.

just remember with all that power you need your quad to be stable. i would recommend some a-arms, swingarm and some shocks. a-arms will prolly run u around 600 or so, 800 for swingarm and shocks can really run u a lot. keep that in mind before you do anything. check around, get prices. think about what you really wanna do first and then let us know. right now its just a guessing game.

the steering loop can be pushed back with a hydraulic jack. once you bend it back it will be very weak and can bend more even without rolling it again. it needs to be gusseted once bent. as forthe rear section, its not as serious. get a cheater bar and bend it back. i used a torch on mine, but this will make it a lot weaker. gussets are highly recommended.

wow i didnt realize what the post said until BD straightened him out. i would say get your car. otherwise how will you haul your banshee? some things are priorities. you need a car to get you to a job. you need a job to make money. money to buy a banshee or whatever. and also, be cool stay in school.

i doubt u can use the rear shock now. as for the exhaust, i dont think u are gonna lose any power.

do a search. go back as far as you can go. i know of several posts that talk about this. good luck!

NOS on a stock banshee. hmm sounds not so stock to me. if i were the one with the 250r and he used NOS against me, id prolly whoop him. being that its a toatlly "stock" race.

thats really brilliant. the times ive gotten the most hurt as riding wheelies. when u go back and that grab bar digs the dirt, u never know which way its gonna go. all i know is that it doesnt feel good on girt, can u imagine on concrete or asphalt??

i would go with ledofthezep on this. you really need an air filter. you need to get more air in before you can move it out. that stock thing is junk. pipes and air filter and rejet will wake your banshee up. the only thing that pipes are gonna tear up is the other guy when he wants to drag you. just remember that if you do it, do it right.. make sure your jetting is spot on. no sense in gettin pipes if you arent prepared to do some jetting. talk to banchetta on here. he will get you straightened out.

i run fast trekkers on front and back. i like them. if you stay on the dirt they dont wear too fast. get on the asphalt or concrete and they will. cheap tires and i think they hook up good in just about everything. once they get worn down i always turn mine around. its like a brand new tire.

i havent seen it yet. but if there is no 4x4 and hillclimbs i wont like it. i get sick of seei nthe same tricks bein pulled over and over again. yea its fuckin nuts but how much can u really take? id rather see a 4x4 romp some mud or someone take a nice fall on a hillclimb. just my opinion tho.

dust = bad news. when the trails here are all dusty we say f*ck it. its not worth gettin hurt over.
