this is what im guessing. make sure everything is properly greased and such. mine sqeaks and i know its the swingarm pivot bolt. have someone get on it and move around so it makes the noise. then listen to where its comin from. that may help u find it easier.

people are so fucking stupid. banshees only foul plugs when they are not tuned right. there is a reason soo many people have them, and i can assure you its not because they foul plugs. if you have any doubts about a banshee then you should just buy one and see how badass they can be. then go to your friends and show them how badass it is. then they will all be buying them.

sure you can do it. maybe not in there. but i know for sure you could make a bumper that could hold a winch. problem with that is the banshee front end is heavy already. winches weight quite a bit. then you also have to mount a battery which also is going to add weight. if you do it i would make it all removable in case you ever wanna drag race or do any jumping. i would think it would be a better idea to just find a 4x4. banshees really arent made for any serious mud riding.

it depends on what you are going to do with it. are you sending it out to have work done?? i know that Eric Gorr(Forward Motion) will send you an engine crate if you are having work done thru him. im sure there are some others that do as well. i would think builing a small crate would kinda be a hassle. im thinking the expand-a-foam idea would work as long as the shit doesnt get so hard you cant get it back off. if i were to do that i might put a little thicker layer around it than just a trach bag.

anyone can make a shorty silencer. all you have to do is cut the silencer where ever you want and put it back together. i bought a pro circuit pipe and silencer forthe cr500 banshee. the silencer itself was way too long for how i had it all set up. i just simply cut it and redrilled the holes where the stinger screws on. works great. of course if you do this you may have a mounting bracket problem. make sure you work this out if you ever do anything like this.

building just about anything. i like tinkering around with shit. seein what i can make that might be useful in the shop. im extremely handy with a welder and torch/ plasma cutter. i guess thats how i came to have a cr500 in my banshee.
