I too prefer foam over K&N,...have ran the K&N Clamp-on's & they were nothing but a PITA keeping outerwears in good condition on them, cleaning, etc...sucked. Finally switched to the Toomey 2:1 with a UNI filter & outerwear...will never use any other. But then again, I don't ride in water or hardcore mud typically...mostly dune & dirt. IMO...the toomey filter is $50 well spent,...allows you to get ride of the damn air box as a whole, is easy to maintain & works just as good as my K&N's did, but filters better. I've not talked to a single person who runs the toomey setup that has had any complaints. Just my $.02

That's what I'm running, along with the stock wattage stator. Very good mod. I do have a couple stock plates if anyone wants them to mod, PM me. You just have to try it man... Traction & handling, along with a +2+1 front end is night/day. Keeping the front end down really isn't a problem, just like before I can pull it up whenever I want to, but it's more manageable in a wheelie, if that makes sense. When airborne, the quad is much more easy to handle & keep control of. Hell I'm primarily a duner & I love the shit out of my -2.
