Well that's a shitty deal; RockyMtn. is where it's at for good customer relations. Haven't ever dealt with Chapparal myself...for these exact reasons, whenever their name is mentioned; negative feedback always follows. I've never had any problems with Rocky Mtn. other than maybe a few days delay.
