  1. Sounds legit. I just wasn't informed,...rather billed almost $30 for posting it. That's what ticked me off is I got charged after I posted it & wasn't aware that it was going to cost that much. This was a while back, maybe they've changed some stuff since then. I got some crap I need to get rid of, I'll get on there again sometime...
  2. How do you keep from Ebay charging soo much to post stuff? Hell, I posted my TTR250 on there & it cost me almost $30 to post it!? WTF? That pissed me off & I haven't posted anything since because of that. That's why I don't understand how people can afford to sell crap so cheap on there & still make money. Perhaps I'm just a dumbass,... ...that's probably it.
  3. Uh huh...the other is just as nice! hehe
  4. When thinking MX....I'd think more about suspension & chassis before any motor work...well maybe pipes, filter, & tires. Shorten your swingarm -2 & get you some good A-arms & shocks setup for your weight & MX. With even 7 G's you could easily get this done, along with gussetting & powder coating the frame. Hell,...get a stock shee with those mods & no motor work and you'd still be better off. IMHO...
  5. RockyMountainATV sells UFO fenders also. http://www.rockymountainatv.com
  6. Would be a great choice for you. I'm running some generic "Sand King's Turbo Paddles" 20-10-10 8 paddle. They're a bit taller on the paddle than the haulers, and built much better. And they're a bit over $100 cheaper....got them at http://www.jimssandtoys.com (shop in Waynoka, OK--LS) They even recommended those over the haulers & said they've been selling the shit out of them & haven't had any problems with them. They hook up just as good as my 9 paddle regular haulers did. I went with the 8 paddle option because I'm running a -2 swingarm, not sure what others they offer.
  7. Depending on what head you get,...you have the ability to adjust the compression(by swapping out domes) & give you a bit more HP AND better cooling in some cases.
  8. I put a just a little grease on the bolt & played with it until it dropped into the spindle, then moved the spindle around & found a sweet spot where the bolt wouldn't spin when I was putting the nut on...tightened it up & shee was good to go.
  9. I hear ya Holyman....it's BS! Maybe they oughta take a stab at the parents who let her take off on the ROAD, WITHOUT protection,...2 of them at that. Wonder if they read the warning labels on the atv before they took off?!? At least they threw this in...helps us at least....shows that suprivision, protection & proper riding instruction can prevent stupid shit like this from happening.
  10. It's his kid. That's my opinion. You can't tell me that with all the time he spends with those animals, that he's not going to have a clue WTF he's doing. He's not stupid, may not be the brightest creature in the world--but he's famous for his nac with animals, particularly crocs & if he wants to take his kids around them; that's his deal. Just MHO...
  11. Damn! .....SOMEONE GET THIS MAN A BEER! Care for a smoke too? hehe
  12. That's what I said...
  13. My riding boots rubbed up on my PC's & there's black plastic shit burnt on there good. I figure I'm just going to leave it,...more worried about how it rides/runs than its looks. AND I don't want to have to do that crap all the time. Perhaps when they get really bad I'll just ceramic coat the headers & call it good.
  14. I did that on the g/f's old banshee...also retapped the front & put in a BIG ARSE allen head bolt in there. I guarantee that it will never break off....but shee's not ours anymore, so to hell with it anyway.
  15. Well hell, find yourself a decent shee for around $3000, give or take a few, & buy your kid a kiddie quad!
  16. Is the clutch sticking or your shifter sticking?
  17. I hear that. Saved my arse many'o times. When putting the motor back in, you may throw some rags down on the frame so you don't accidentally scratch it up.
  18. To hell with that! I've toasted 2, stretched to shit in no-time....well; maybe 2 hours. RK chains suck IMHO too. Maybe I just got shitty luck? hehe Kinda odd to hear good things about them chains when I've had nothing but problems with them. I'll stick with DID from now on...seem to be the best of any I've tried.
  19. I've ran the clamp on K&N's...am now running the toomey 2:1 w/UNI & outerwear. I prefer the 2:1 over the K&N's 100%. It filters just as good as the K&N's, requires less maintinance, and I don't have to try & dodge every little water puddle on a trail, and I don't have to replace the outerwears contstantly. Just my $.02
  20. Dunno man...here's some pics of a cool dude pimp'n a tri-Zinger! I'm sure lots of ya have seen them before but I still crack my ass up everytime I look at them!
  21. L8R on man...don't have too much fun!
  22. Hehe....I do too, but not the real twangy shit. Country is no different than any other genre; there is good country music, and bad country music. I still prefer some Zep myself.
  23. Hehe....well that's good. Just thought of another.... Do asians have a harder time putting in contacts?
  24. Hell I'm running a -2 burgard 250R style rear arm, 13/41 gearing, and King's Turbo Paddles(similar to haulers but wider & a bit better built)...and I have no problems at all. Still manage to hand people their arses that have extended arms. Hookup is awesome & getting the holeshot's not a problem. Now if I were building a drag shee, I'd look into shortening the swingarm & adding a wheelie bar before extending the arm out. I was weiry about a -2 arm on my shee since I mostly ride dunes, but I'll never have anything else on my banshee now that I've tried it. Just MHO...
