  4. Holeshot HD's are the bomb............
  5. I just pissed myselfffff!!!!!!!!!! Thats f-in funny.
  6. Maybe invest in a clymers manual. It helps for all repairs, also Meats website very helpfull also.......
  7. I have the ASR arms and have had zero problems with them for 2 years. I do like the rubber boot there and would love to know where I can get them.
  8. Well I guess I learned the hard way. Thanks for the help!!!!!!
  9. Ok here's the beef....Changed the head gasket today and installed the new PD impellar with great results. No overheating or coolant loss, YET. Thanks for all the help !!!!!!!!!
  10. I just rocked a 15 tooth with minimal mods and it just crazy. I cant imagine it with major mods. I havent tried it on the trails yet but ive heard it much better.....
  11. That has got to be the funniest shit ever!!!!!!! I think I just soiled myself......
  12. Yes the bottle is in use and relocated. No the gasket is not OEM, just bought one today. I will be removing the head today to check for any cracks and warpage. Is coolant loss normal, because I never lost any before????? Thanks for all the help you guys, I would not get through this crap without you!!!!!!!!!
  13. From the sounds of it I guess I need to pop the head off and give it a look see for any warpage. Thanks for the help guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. Thanks for all the replies. The radiator has been replaced due to a leak and the impellar looks good from what I can see. I did order the pro design impellar. As for the radiator puking, yes it does and after every ride I need to add a sustantial amount of fluid to make up for the loss. So its safe to say that pressure in the system after a long rest is not normal?????
  15. Ok all, I have a 2002 with T-5's, timing advanced 4 degrees, pro design filter and thats about it. I have been having issues with overheating and cant seem to beat it. I have checked the jetting and have found I could raise the main from 340 to 350-360 or so and have already raised the pilot to 27.5. The machine runs great but still losing fluid (engine ice) which im very concerned about. I rode it hard yesterday and let it sit until today. When I removed the radiator cap it had a bunch of pressure behind it and also had a smell of exhaust to it. Now I have already changed the head gasket once, but should there be pressure there that long after a ride?? Also not sure about the smell, maybe my mind playing tricks on me. I have a PD pump on order also with new larger jets in case I need them....Any help would be nice!!!!!
