  1. Too bad you're soo far away & I'm broke right now....I'd like have that trailer.
  2. I think they're either for your key or the lightswitch assembly...can't tell you exactly off the top of my head; I'd need to take a look.
  3. Right on, thanks guys. I'll pull the carb off & clean the shit out of it, throw in some new plugs & go from there. Shee's getting fuel & spark. I'm wondering if the length of the carb intake is causing any problems. I don't know...but I do know that I've got to get it running. Oh yeah,...I'm mixing 927 @ 40:1.
  4. Thanks Meat, I'll give'r a shot. Any other things to try to force the bitch to start? I know it runs fine, just hasn't been started in some time.
  5. Right on man! Doesn't get much better than that! I got my old man a zep shirt, we got all the zep box sets & new dvd set(awesome to say the least). Rock on! LedofheZep
  6. Oh yeah,...it's got the graydon single carb setup also. Plugs look fine.
  7. I'm trading off my 2nd shee tomorrow. Well I can't get the POS to start, I haven't had it started since the clutch went out on it. Now I can't get it to fire. It's got 150lbs compression on each cylinder, is getting fire & fuel but isn't firing up. Any suggestions? I just need to be able to start the fucker when I get to the dealership(4hrs away) Could I use some starting fluid? Think it would help...would I spray it in the cylinders or what? My foot's blistered from kicking the damn thing soo much. And I can't pull start it because the clutch is toast.
  8. I got the new Thor Force kidney belt to match my chest protector & boots, and a Thor Phase jersey...just need the pants & I'm good to go. I got some other stuff too...just another typical Xmas. Nothing too special here.
  9. At the dunes....wheelie up a hill, swing the ass end around & shoot a big ass roost into a wheelie at the peak & ride it all the way back down. Gets me all warm & fuzzy just think'n about it. Oh yeah, I like to air it out too...
  10. Wonder if we skeered them off...
  11. I'm sure it's possible...I just gave MHO & what I did and it's worked for me, with PC pipes anyhow. Anyone ever tried that flame retardant spray,....like that crap you spray on X-mas trees & fabrics to keep them from burning up? Think it would work?? Wonder if it'd clog the outerwear?...if it worked that'd be a god send for those running clamp-ons & some with the 2:1. Oh yeah,...and do the waterproof outerwears hold up to heat better?
  12. I too run castor927, & same here. I had a jetting issue for a while & did foul plugs about every 6 hrs or so...but I think I got that fixed...after I got my shee I didn't change the plugs for about 3 1/2-4yrs! Now just need a stator....I believe. hehe
  13. ...AND new brake lines.
  14. Hmmm I've never had any problems with melting my outerwear with my 2:1...I just loosened the clamp holding the filter, rotated the filter to where there is an equal distance between the pipes & the filter. I'm still running the same outerwear that came with the filter.
  15. If you run into HTML problems,...let me know & I'll help ya out.
  16. For basic stuff,...check out http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_examples.asp There's a lot of info there on how to do stuff with HTML, is pretty easy & the site shows you what to do & what the results will look like etc...
  17. I'd love to bag something that big! Cool! Boonman...leave PITA outa this one...
  18. I picked up a $4 can of some adheasive remover from O'Reillys & it worked like a charm.
  19. I used some electrical tape for an outline on the fenders, then used a jigsaw with a fine-toothed blade & followed the edge of the tape. Worked out great, clean cut & looks awesome...
  20. Forgot....here's some new pics of the banshee I'm trading if interested.... http://www.kcisp.net/~bking/99Banshee
  21. Thanks guys....here's the deal. 1. It's not my banshee, it's the g/f's & she wants an EX...she likes the banshee but wants an EX for the electric start, predictable power, etc...she just likes them. And I wouldn't mind having one, they're not that bad of a quad. I'll still have my banshee either way. 2. The banshee needs a new clutch & axle, the fenders are not the best by far--stressed & scratched(you can't see that in the pics very well) The clutch cable is going to need replacing, and a couple other minor things. It's far from a POS though, is a good bike, has 150lbs compression on both cyl's & good mods. Looks alright. 3. I have no title for it, I will get a clean title with the EX--have discussed this with the dealer. I don't have to fix the quad before the trade either, they'll replace the needed parts....mainly needs just a clutch, but the axle could be replaced. 4. It's worth the $3800 they're asking for the EX, but I'd be lucky to get that selling it outright. 5. I won't part with my baby.
  22. LMFAO To hell with RK chains...and I'm not too happy with my MSR Raptor clutch perch that I've had to replace parts on a few times already.
  23. Better hold on!
