That bike sat in my stealership for a few months a while back. If I remember right, it did have suspension & chrome swinger, I think.... Is a good looking bike though & I heard it runs good & has been dependable.

Depends on whether you want a 4stroke or 2stroke,....4choke I'd go with the 300ex, or the 2stroke blaster--would be good if he's planning on graduating to a banshee to get familiar with the 2stroke world...lucky 'lil shit.

That's probably relatively accurate, contact your ISP & they'll be able to tell you for sure. Does restarting the DSL modem, the router(if applicable), then computer do anything to the speed? Also,...remember that when you're checking your speed online, take into consideration how many hops the ping is making to server your testing on & back. Ask your provider if they have a site for their customers to use...that should give you a more accurate reading. Hell, I had some bitch in Iowa with wireless bitching about speed issues according to a site she was using to test her speed----in Indonesia,...gee.....she hung up on me after I had her use the correct speed tester on their server & it read damn near quadruple of what she was getting from testing on the foreign server. Also, did they install any filters on your other phonelines that the DSL is not on? Some providers use filters on other lines to keep from the DSL signal dying out a bit...also, without the technical bs--if you have a caller ID or answering machine, make sure the batteries are good(if they have them), may try disconnecting the other phones in your house & rebooting everything and try it to see if they could be interfering with the signal at all....that can apply to dialup users as well.

I like tinkering on my quads, party when I can, I'm a singer/songwriter--play accoustic guitar, one man band type of deal...looking for some people to start up a band. Yeah...really does. Some weekends suck when it's hella busy & the sand's all torn to shit & the rangers walk around like little rambos & people get crazy, then get hurt...seen it all down there. But then there's weekends where there's just a handfull of people & it's the shizzle too....quiet camping, less arrogant rangers, & smooth sand. If you ever get a chance, hit LS in the middle of a week sometime not around any holidays...good riding time. Either way I still manage to get sandy & have a good time. But where is this place in TX?...may get a wild hair sometime.

I don't believe a stock shee carrier will fit, I would say since you've got the housing from an R, go with an R carrier & axle, hubs. I have a 250R style swinger w/honda axle & hubs on my banshee. Works great, but I don't see the banshee carrier fitting into my housing & that's why I say it probably won't work.

Sure,...not a bad idea, you could get some and put them in whenever....or port your stock cages & go with aftermarket reeds. With them your looking more along the lines of smoothing out the power from what I've seen & heard. I haven't changed out mine yet. Not my specialty here...but I'd say real high compression, over 160 or so?--like if you're running 17-19cc domes. But like bignasty said.....Get some Head!

My back's hosed,...after my last wreck....some stupid old bitch in a '79 buick nailed me & rolled my cherry '97 Grand Cherokee 1 1/2 times into a tree. That not only totalled my suv, but my back also from the impact when the undercarage slammed to a dead stop on the side of a big ass tree. I've been to the chiro, but won't go again--I swear the fucker did me more bad than good. Like nightrider said...I've just learned to live with it. Working out helped me probably more than anything also....still have bad backaches sometimes, but...nothing a few beers &/or Mr. Green doesn't take care of. If ya know what I mean...
