  1. Lol yea the shipping adds up! I did not find those needles but I did find the mains and pilots I needed. I called the guy who built my motor at CT Racing and he said to use the Toomey needles I have in the new PWK's. He also mentioned I should start at 35 Pilot and 140 Main for this motor at my altitude.
  2. Thanks @97Screamer ! I just ordered a bunch from RMATV. They had them for pretty cheap! I will report back with my findings.
  3. AHA! I found a page that explains everything! https://www.jetsrus.com/carburetor/carb_keihin_PWK_series.html
  4. Cool thanks again! I'll post updated pics ASAP. Are there specific part numbers I should be looking for? I am finding TONs of different ones haha. I usually order jets through Vito's Performance. Do these part #'s seem right? https://www.vitosperformance.com/atv_parts/product.php?productid=700&cat=222&page=1 https://www.vitosperformance.com/atv_parts/product.php?productid=726&cat=222&page=1
  5. Thanks @Ayesully810 ! That's exactly what I was looking for. I needed an idea of what range of jets to buy lol. These are indeed the carbs from the swap page haha. Sick of the ripping the stock ones apart!

  7. Absolutely true. I had 35mm PWK on my old CT Racing 240cc blaster. Miss how handy everything was to fix / tune.

  10. Cool! I'll take a look thanks again
  11. Cool! i'll keep an eye out for deals haha Thanks man!
  12. Cool good to know! Would the 28mm PWKs offer much performance gain over the stock ones? I've deleted the TORS on the stock carbs and found some cool over-sized billet bowls from Driveline Performance (mostly for easy access to main jets lol)
  13. Thanks man! I ended up going with CT Racing. Just talked to them today in fact and they should be finished this week! Here’s the engine package I went with: “Banshee 400 Stroker Kit… Kit includes: CT cylinder porting, cylinder boring, head re-chambering, case machining, shift detent star modification, timing advance; new stroker crank, piston kits, main bearings and seals, complete gasket set, and engine tear down and assembly. This motor kit puts out low 70s horsepower with stock carbs and even more horsepower with larger carbs! Fun to ride and very reliable. Our most popular Banshee motor k” I also needed a new clutch which was not included. I went with Hinson components on that front.
  14. Yea! Thanks man! Went with Maier all around Thrilled with how well the beadlocks match
  15. Thanks! More pics to come once motor lands
  16. Thanks for the tip! I found those cool Elka shock covers designed specifically for those shocks and got them installed. I'll post a pic soon! I also installed Alba racing beadlocks with Maxxis Razr2's after finding a deal on them I'll post pics soon.
  17. Hey! I actually ended up shipping my motor to CT Racing last week. Thanks for the reply though!
  18. Thanks man! More pics on the way soon!
  19. Thanks dude! Impatiently waiting for motor now lol
  20. Update! So I finally splurged for a set of Elka Stage 3 Legacy Shocks and it did make a HUGE difference. I also installed a bunch of engine components too like a cool head, domes, water pump, radiator, spark arrestors, hydraulic clutch, and TORS delete. I also managed to get the IMS oversized tank installed. With winter here now I've shipped my motor over to the guys at CT Racing to build me a 400cc Stroker Motor! Last week I also broke my Streamline Steering Stabilizer due to the weird way I had it mounted and as a result I've got a new Duncan Racing bumper and Streamline Stabilizer on the way. More pics to follow once motor lands!
  21. Hello! I am looking to see if anyone can recommend a good local machine shop in the Denver,. CO area? Preferably one with experience on Banshees. Thanks!
