  1. In theory, yes. You have one more layer on the cylinders. But when the engine is running the main cooling system is the coolant circulating, That's why i want numbers. How many more deg F are we talking? Sleeper said he did tests but didnt give any numbers.

  5. Guys, it's not a pissing contest... I just want to know how many deg higner was the operating temp of a pc vs non pc engine. My guess is less than 5deg F. We are talking about heat transfert. A small coat of paint cant make a good running engine over temp, i dont buy that at all. Like i said, maybe on a pipe, wich is thin walled and doesnt have the same 'cooling mode' as a LC engine with thick wall and coolant circulating.

  13. Shit, i didnt know i had problem shifting with a lockup until FAST said it... That's bullshit, me and plenty other peeps are using lockup in trail with 80+ hp bike. You saw my videos, it shift pretty good.

  18. Yes. Just google 'banshee welded crank'. Stock stroke = 54mm you can measure it. Dunno the best way to check the timing on the jugs tho... Someone else will help hopfully.
  19. Yes, you can run stock crank with big bore as long as the jugs are ported for a stock crank. But a fully stock crank is week on the pins, if you go for more hp/cimpression, you better use a crank with welded pins. Does your crank have welding on the pins??

  21. This is a dl lockup The grooves are 'slopped' , the balls want to go from center to outside with rpm raising and they push on the plate 'cause they have to 'climb' the slope. More balls equal more force on the plate at High rpm.
