  1. You got variable exhaust timing. How can you achieve that without power valves?? I maybe dont know shit about banshee, but i know a thing or two about Rotax engine with RAVE on it.
  2. Stay away from that stuff. Put parts that are made for a Banshee. Maybe you can buy good used parts, like A-arm and Shocks. Check the for sale section here and on FB.
  3. I'll do cases, but based on the stock one first. That will be my biggest project so far.
  4. You can get decent Elkas set for about 1000$ for the 3 shocks
  5. Then maybe it's time to get your engine ported. Putting some $$$ on the suspension is a good idea too.
  6. Hi, welcome to bhq. What is your goal?? You said your shee is stock. So, there is a lot of places for improvment on a stock shee. CDI box is not one of those.
  7. Ffs, it look like everybody is better than me at cutting gears lol!
  8. Yeah, we will, i'll pay the diff in shipping cost.
  9. I'll do you some custom shit and you give me that steering stem.
  10. Why are you selling it?
  11. https://www.thebigbearingstore.com/605-2rs-radial-ball-bearing-5x14x5 So buy a M5 bolt and lock nut, pop the rivet out of the lever and you're good to go. You dont need the seals tho, so you can buy a plain #605
  12. i should pull out my engine tonight, i will give you the roller number
  13. ^^Shit is getting real!!
  14. Vive le Quebec libre!
  15. Just buy a cheap ac/dc converter on ebay.
  16. I like that guy already!
  17. Dont worry, i'll change for another part of the body soon lol!!
  18. It took me some times but here we go! ;-) lol!! ………………………………………._¸„„„„_ …………………….…………...„--~*'¯…….'\ ………….…………………… („-~~--„¸_….,/ì'Ì …….…………………….¸„-^"¯ : : : : :¸-¯"¯/' ……………………¸„„-^"¯ : : : : : : : '\¸„„,-" **¯¯¯'^^~-„„„----~^*'"¯ : : : : : : : : : :¸-" .:.:.:.:.„-^" : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : :„-" :.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.: : : : : : : : : : ¸„-^¯ .::.:.:.:.:.:.:.:. : : : : : : : ¸„„-^¯ :.' : : '\ : : : : : : : ;¸„„-~" :.:.:: :"-„""***/*'ì¸'¯ :.': : : : :"-„ : : :"\ .:.:.: : : : :" : : : : \, :.: : : : : : : : : : : : 'Ì : : : : : : :, : : : : : :/ "-„_::::_„-*__„„~"
  19. Think about it by yourself. The shift drum is spinning DRY (iron on iron), no bearing or sleeve, nothing. Do you think that adding a needle bearing will help it to spin freely or smoother?
  20. Those mods are 100% logical when you understand the mecanism of a tranny..I dont get why some peeps say it doesnt matter or doesnt improve a stock one.
  21. Then i think 23cc is a good start. When we did my engine, Bill was not sure about 23 or 24cc. We didnt want to be over 150psi on 91-93 octane. So i told him to send me both 24 and 23cc. 23cc gave me 135psi. I will order 22 and 21cc this winter to try stuff next summer.
  22. I will tell you something about comp, for what ever reasons, all guys here in Quebec are running at least 1cc less to have the same comp as you yankees. I'm running 23cc at 300' and it give me only 135psi and i'm on a low port setup. I know it may look dumb, but that's my observation.
