    And boooom! Budget gone. Banshee stock suspensions suck a bag of dicks. Doesn't really matter how fast you are, if the quad can't handle the terrain. Take 2 quads, engine and rider experience are the same, but one has a better suspension. The best suspension will always win, all others things being equal of course.

    Slingshots also help keep the "sleeper" vibe. Hard to race someone for some cash when they see your clutch case bulged out. They automatically think if you have enough power to need a lock out, you might have more power then they do. Sleeper vibe FTMFW!

    So what size tto gauge for oem hoses?

    I'd keep the FMFs until you have the motor ported. Figure out what type of porting you want, then figure out the pipe.
