  1. Just picked up a driveline clutch kit, and removed the old clutch, and ive never seen the rubber rings between the steels before. I expect 1, when I started pulling plates, but there was one rubber ring between am all, should I reinstall em, or chuck em? Im putting in a std HD kit. Ive pulled apart many bikes and have never seen them like that.
  2. float bowl screw is all malled up too, make sure its not leaking fuel
  3. FYI, Ceet racing sells seat foams, if you don't find one. medium is stock feel. Just had mine done, liked the cover and foam, but not the install.
  4. Bump her down some steps, and get the LT and shocks..... You may thank me.
  5. Ive never used cardinal powders. I think black with the raspberry may be just a little too dark, not saying it wont work , just there may be better combos. Do you want to be seen or have a clean subtle look. both are good, just food for thought.
  6. just an FYI, the Tm rear chain guide will fit a prm with a little shaving, and trimming the bolts for the rollers. Tm states it wont fit with prm Skids.
  7. start with some fresh plugs. and the above
  8. you still need a stock thumber? I switched to twist, so its just sitting on the bench.
  9. WHat about a vacuum in the gas tank? are you using one of those little pig tails on the cap?
  10. Wouldn't something like that effect the balance of an engine? I always thought they made pistons to match the crankshaft weight( of the :"lobe")
  11. he shoulda left the piston nub alone and got a block off plate, if it leaks now, it will leak a gain, if its a hack job.
  12. I thought there was a rubber thing in the end of the plunger, to seal the port, I cant remember, but that would explain the rich idle, and smoke, and running like a raped ape up top. .. give the choke circuit a once over.
  13. Pegs arrived, FINALLY, someone left em on a truck somewhere in the middle of the country. Packed better than I expected. good shape, will get them powdered soon. Thanks for keeping me informed, Have I told you how much I hate USPS? He shipped em fast, just got held up after.
  14. did the jets look smaller ? bigger ? modified? Also have you pulled the brass tube out? the one the needle slides into, the main screws into? check for debris, corrosion etc. should fit snug. tap it out with the back of a screwdriver handle.
  15. is the left float in the pic mangled up or is just the pic?
  16. No Tricked, pegs, im just messing with OP, hes been a good sport with the shipment, usps data is fooked, he did all he could.
  17. I grew up twist, 86 tecate, ex factory bike, didnt understand why uncles 200x had thumb, Ive never had situation unless, I was switching back to twist, its personal preference, but totally disagree that twist doesn't belong on atvs. From what ive seen is most that don't like twist didn't grow up twist, or never had twist,
  18. Do you have pictures of the right side ? Fuckn usps lost the the package, or the old bird wont get her fat ass out of the truck to put it on my porch. ill print the pictures and tape em on . till she gets her paycheck and get her meds. I hate usps. Thanks for trying your best to keep me posted.
  19. carry on luggage , I know people that bought 4 Quaife differentials back from Europe in their back packs.
  20. id go heavier on the pilot to start. 27.5 at least, maybe 30. get both, and like mentioned before the 320 to start, DONT settle on jetting. jets and shipping and time is way cheaper than melting it.
