  1. Me too !!!! I checked out planet sand. I thought it was no big deal at first, then I got the sweats and shakes. I needed to feed my habit. Man I'm glad this is working again.
  2. I think the color is easy to read. It's fine. I noticed there isn't an edit feature...I'm assuming yet, but thought I'd let you know. ***EDIT*** There is now an edit. ... Also, are you going to have the old hq in a read only format like the previous two. There is a lot of good information in there that people could use. I still go back to the old old now and then. I've even check out the old old old network 54 with all the pop ups sometimes. Hey everybody, since we seem to be starting over, be ready for a lot of the same questions. They will need to be answered again before people can do a search and get an answer. Oh, and the date and time is 21 days off I really like the option at the bottom... printer friendly is awesome. It's getting good lee. Thanks for all the work your putting into this site. I'll keep editing this as I notice some of the cool features or don't see things that we use to have if you don't mind (doesn't mean there not there, just that I may have overlooked them).
  3. Are you going to offer space to upload pics?
  4. The pressure plate has an arrow that will line up with the arrow on the inner part of the clutch. It's small and not real clear to see, but you'll see it you you look for it.
  5. What do you mean by way to tight. The pull should be much different as far as adjusting the center screw because you should be adjusting the cable at the perch if the clutch needs more cable.
  6. Justintoxicated, I've been running mine unwelded for 3 yrs now. I'm not running super high compression. I don't feel I need it. I have to run 93 octane. If you're going to be drag racing, you may not need as much compression as you think. What dlnoss said it correct. It will not de-tune your motor. It will move the power to a different rpm most likely. But anyway, I'd just run what you have and not worry about it. How many people on here have actually posted that there crank seperated and caused grief.
  7. Here is the link to the post I put in the image section. http://forums.bansheehq.com/viewtopic.php?t=16571
  8. Oh yeah, I over read that part. Ask them if they raised your exhaust port.
  9. I'm guessing it's dirt in the carb. Could be something else too, but I dought it's tors. All you have to do is unplug the box under the left side of the tank. If it still runs bad, it's not the tors.
  10. Good point.... check your balls joint.
  11. Uh Oh !!!
  12. Your rings will shape to the cylinders as you break it in. That's why you hone them. I'm not sure if you get that high but you will probably see an increase after break in. Some books I've read say do the test cold and some say warm. It's just a static compression. When it runs, depending on a lot of factors, your running compression my be very high. That's why some have to run high octane fuel even though their static compression isn't super high.
  13. What he said. You can't beat going through the company that makes them.
  14. Well, Saturdays are out for the rest of the season for me. I just became my sons soccer coach. Every Sat. until mid Dec.
  15. Depends how they build it. Shocks can have hundred of different valving set-ups. I have axis on mine and love it.
  16. Your stock is an ohlins.
  17. 10mm  with powervalves  Let us know some of your times when you get that thing running. Man that's going to be very nice. You must have won the lottery.... or got one of those 0% credit card
  18. http://www.badlandsoffroad.com/ Wish I could. Man it seems I'm always busy.... Maybe I'll be able to open my weekend. I'll let you know.
  19. It's your call, but I'd just get that one rebuilt. Heck, if you were happy with the way it was, you could buy a used one off ebay, get your seals fixed in yours or have yours over hauled for your weight. Those would all be cheaper than buying new. The stock shock is a quality shock and will work very well if set up for you !!!
  20. You might be sucking air somewhere. Have you done a leakdown test??
  21. I'd just get it rebuilt and set up for you as far as valving and spring rate go. Remeber, if you change the way the rear reacts you'll notice most of it in the front and vise versa.... except if you land hard on it. You could get a new one, but you may be talking more than twice as much. What do you have for front shocks
  22. Where did you guys order them from and how much $$$
  23. Sounds like you know what you want. Go with to toomey 2 into one with a uni foam filter. Then, you don't have to worry about the filters touching the pipes.
  24. How did 36 and 50 end up in the same catagory...
