  1. T5s will rev higher but will not make more hp and will make less torque. Check the 2004 build thread where they’re compared on a serval. i like the fatties
  2. All the hydro locked bikes that have been posted here are almost always bent in the middle where it’s weakest. Just seemed like a weird place to me. Was there damage to the piston by the wrist pin? I’d definitely take it to your work..
  3. I don’t know where your at with money but if you need a crank hold off on the boring and do a 4 mil. You’ll be flying
  4. Could it be cast this way? I would bring it to a machinist and get an opinion.
  5. Run it if everything is in tolerance
  6. Who’s building it? I’ve seen snipers make more power with ex Redline and less with others. Shearers, sniper, CPI you cant lose. Go with your builders recommendation
  7. If your working the tolerances run it. if your going to put some big power on it have it welded and bearings inspected
  8. Better handling more traction. Tt or flatbtravk guys usually go -2
  9. LSR everything for the win. A arms, swingarms, hubs, will all be LSR if I ever do this again!
  10. BUMP! Paymentplan I am PMing you. I can’t figure these hubs out.
  11. Sheerider is in NJ he always has some quality stuff kicking around. Hopefully he will chime in
  12. Plus 2 or 3 wide plus 1 ahead for a arms. -1 if your a big guy -2 if your not for swing arm only 1 degree caster on your top to bottom ball joint 5 camber on wheels +2-4 on the axle
  13. Did you check for basket (finger) wear? How was your cushions? Was there play with the basket? Did you check the eccentric screw? All these things need to be checked and adjusted prior to start up.
  14. What’s happening to the yxz?
  15. How much money do you have for parts?
  16. That was my exact engine and pipes prior to going to a serval. I guess if you wanted more rpm than the Shearers would be for you. I always thought CPI made power everywhere though and just made 1-2 hp less bit usually more tq
  17. What motor you running?
  18. Getting out of the game? Or just replacing them for something else?
  19. What did you replace these pipes with?
  20. http://www.motorsportproducts.com/atv.html
  21. I passed on the info to him. He’s looking at bumpers. There was another company that sold a similar style I will see if I can find it.
  22. I got it boys, thanks. Couldn’t for the life of me move a bolt on the adjustment arm. Both you guys running PC pipes, nice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Dude got back to me and he’s not against selling it. He’s going to look at other bumpers and if he likes another better he will sell you his. He’s going to email me with a decision at some point. No dents on r bends
