Ok good, step one done, try new plugs, just go BR9ES, than make sure your ground wire I connected properly and has good contact

With electrical it's just a process of elimination, keep it simple

Probably a bad boot dude, or even the wires from the CDI, chop a bit off put new boots on, and check your motor to frame ground wire as well, easy start

Try a new boot at first, cheap and easy, I get the Ngk red boots

Wouldn't that mean the stator is getting weaker ? Time for a new one !

Coud also bea change in elevation of the pump gas your using, I'm not sure about that though

Try 310 main 27.5 pilot and needle at middle clip. Make sure you have your choke tube in between the carbs, also a/s 1.5 turns out

The big bolt on the carrier fell out today and the chain popped off, wrecked my fly wheel cover of pretty good where it covers the front sprocket, also bent the clutch cable clip and now it hits the carb. Yeah!!!

Well the plugs look okay ish, kinda gray, hard to start, kick it 10x's with full choke than it goes, doesn't really idle to well either, or at all, I've cleaned carbs a few times, just kind of experimenting with jetting, not to see what to do about the needle though...
