Damn!! I had a ring to in my doo but nothing that serious. Good lord! Best of luck to you. I ended up getting my cylinders bored and got bigger pistons, get your head smoothed out as well obviously.

Vforce 4 reeds, toomey t5 pipes and silencers, dual k&n air filter pods 1000'ft elevation. Currently have 300 main jet, 27.5 pilot, needle 3rd clip, air screw at 1 1/2 turns out. Doesn't seen to be perfect yet, should I go bigger main or bigger pilot ? Or both ? Increase air screw ? What do you guys suggest ?

That jet that is in the moose rebuild kit that says 160 on it, is that to replace the little jet in the left carb float bowl ? To small to be a pilot or main

I ended up using my garden hose, dish detergent and a mitt let dry and sprayed with wd40 looks awesome

Reason I don't want to use a pressure washer is cause I don't want to damage anything, it's an old 87 after all

Just wondering what y'all use to make your banshees look like new! I don't own a pressure wager and would never use one on a bike anyways, What kind of products do you guys use ?

Cleaned the carbs on Friday, soaked in kleen flo carb cleaner for 24 hrs and blowed out with compressed air, all internal parts are brand new from a rebuild kit....

There was no tube so I added one, same problem. No start on its own and left carb overflows...

Got out for my first ride today with all my bolt on mods,...wow ! This thing is scary fast, my buddy brought his stock banshee and his seemed like a 4 stroke compared to mine

Yes and yes everything seems to be perfect. There's fuel coming out of the left carb over flow but not the right
