    A plus 6 measures around 24 inches straight from the master to the caliper. 26 should be fine for a plus 6 and 28 to 30 for a plus 8. These are only estimates.

    Make sure the quote contains the uv protectant coating. It will turn gray and look dull when it ages and really looks like shit. Had both, Linex and rhino. Either one is good but don't forget the coating.

    Well the builder should foot the repai build if he said it was detonation. He built it, his calculations, his advice, his problem. Unfortunately, the cost will be on your side and he will prob just write off the labor. Your call.

    It will run with the super stock pistons even if you have an exhaust port that is lower that 28mm. Your drag port will prob end up around 26mm. With this being said, it will be extremely peaky.
