    Im gonna side with Zilla on that one. Im pretty sure springs are rated in pounds per linear inch, not square inch. So PSI is incorrect.

    If its not costing you anything to keep why not just keep it and have it as a back up for when your other banshee breaks.

    Im not sure that using a compressor to pressurize your motor is a good idea since its real easy to blow out your seals. But as for the question, I've never had that issue personally but I've heard to remedy that you gotta take the key out and put in a dab of the sealant you used to seal the cases in there then replace the key. Let it cure then retest.

    Yeah just try your best to make them smooth and even. I did mine with a dremel and it made a much bigger difference than I thought it would. Pretty happy with it.

    Yeah I have a flywheel holder that also doubles as a clutch basket holder and it works pretty well. I even used it to help me replace the rear brakes on my truck when I couldn't find my c-clamp. Very useful tool lol.

    X2 on the timing plate. Definitely upgrade your intake situation if it hasn't been done already (Unlikely if you have pipes and reeds). Swapping sprockets would give you some acceleration gains without messing with the motor.

    Either it is very modded or has some tall sprockets or your radar gun is fucked. Oh and as far as 450s go, I had an 08 yfz and then bought a ltr with a bent stem for cheap. The LTR walked all over the yfz in every aspect. I originally bought the ltr to flip and ended up selling the yfz. IMO the LTR is still the baddest 450 around,
