Depending on your mods the stock rebuild kit wont come with whats currently in your bike. Stock is 200m, 25p. If your bike is having a hard time coming off idle, id look into the actual jetting! With your 32.5 pilot your running, id say that is rich! Also maybe try stock needles.(depending on your mods and elevation) i ran stock carbs on a 4mil stock cyl. Dune ported bike and i was using 27.5p

Loosen the rad hose from the rad and try to rotate the hose a bit to see if you can achieve the clearance needed

Im pretty sure that the jet in the bell of the carb is just for air, you can control the air flow with size of jets. I know on my stock ported motor i actually pulled those jets completely out. It seemed to help with on off throttle response. Pretty many people i know do/did the same thing with stock carbs

I have been told by several people that av gas is a dirty fuel. Not quite sure what was meant by that.. I used to run it in my dirt bikes back in the day without any problems.. But then again i was 15-16yrs old so it was just the cool factor i guess. I only run sunoco race fuels now a days.

If your just looking for a cheap way to make your wider and a bit more stable the wheel spacers will be fine. However, if you a mx'er or enjoy a real fast pace of trail riding the wheel spacers up front will create a tremendous about of bump steer! It kinda depends what your after IMO!

The diameter of the sting tube are the same! The shape(angles) of the stinger tubes are different from left to right! Are you sure you actually have the stinger tube mounted to the silencer correctly?

Pull reeds and inspect them! If a reed peddle is cracked or broken you will have zero bottom end or mid range
