Can i ask what motor this comparison was done on?

Im no drag racer by any means! But i been around the race seine my whole life! One thing that will never change about any competitive sport is, people will lie! If your not willing to rip apart ever motor for tech,it will be extremely hard to determine the actual cc of the motor.. Thats why i suggested just 4 classes to try and keep it simple! Im sure people will still even try to claim their are running a different crank thats actually in their bike! Like i said before.. Unless your willing to do a true tech of every motor, your just taking someones word!

4 classes! Class 1= stock stroke whatever.. Class 2= 4m whatever. Class 3= 10m whatever. Class 4= unlimited

Honestly 450 dirt bikes are fast! They are tuff to beat! Both of you are making decent power. But i think your override will seal the deal for you! If the launch goes your way i pretty sure you will just walk on him badly!

^^^ agree! I had a 421 cub from redline and it worked great! Good bottom, and great mid and top!! Now i have a 10cub from Cameron witch is just a straight beast!

Im sure in sand the filter choice is not as critical. But for dusty conditions a well oiled foam filter is hands down superior! They are alot of people that might disagree with this statement.. But NOTHING will out perform a uni filter as far as protection goes! And as far as hp goes, i tried both filters on my old 4mil motor on the dyno and there was no difference in performance!

My buddy had a cub that did the same exact thing! Top ring flange broke clean off! Still ran great, and had same compression in both sides! We just chalked it up as a bad piston.. Jetting was spot on and had very little timing in it. Only reason we noticed it was we were changing out the domes!

Just curious.. When you say both motors run similar, how does the bottom end and the roll on power compare? Are those two aspects similar as well?

Well to be honest.. Im really not sure how the riding is. All we do is climb, thats it! At coalhill there is a variety of hills from big to small, and probably over 100 different lines that can be hit! now there are some trails around but i never rode on them! We also ride at other places but for the most part if your not a great climber with a big set of balls, your probably not gonna like it at those spots! But forsure hit me or lms up in spring and we'll get together for a ride!

Well we ride 2-4 times a month, all summer long! You dont have to twist any of our arms to go!! Lol! if you have been talking to lms,just keep his #! We ride together all the time! Or you can alway pm me! Its alway nice to have new people come out and ride with!
