  3. Has anyone ever seen a composite clutch cover yet? Seems like this would be next big thing for drag guys wanting to loose weight. no kicker no w/p. Pvl is easy no real learning curve and light as can be. You can lighten crank webs but some rotating weight is good to have. On chassis tube size 1" .049 is iffy. As green pointed out the weight savings vs strength is not worth it.

  5. Looks like the rear arm is wrong for that chassis. The other outlaws ive seen the shock mounts below the arm. That looks like a banshee link style arm.
  6. How bout shaving the webs of the cases.aluminum pusher rod on the clutch since you should run a pancake bearing anyway. run no water pump and no kickstarter.

  8. Why .060 over? Only go as big a needed. no real gains in boring over as big as you can. Used cylinders on low bore sizes are worth a little more. Once you get used to how un pc this site is you will learn to like it.

  11. No concern of engine vibration? Wouldnt you want to check piston weight since those holes appear to be very different.

  14. You were complaining about spinning the tires but say you can stand it up also. i suggest you figure out where to sit on the bike to get less spin but can control the front end still. More paddle will just bring the front end up easier. Youve got the right stuff you just need to figure out how to make it work.
  15. At 150lbs if your blazing the tires off on a 10 arm you sitting to far forwards. You need to get more weight over tires. With those tires and arm you should be able to stand that bike up no problem
  16. Where do you ride. Sounds 2 me like you are not jockeying correctly or tire pressure and gearing is way off

  20. 2300 is better than 2500 on those triple cases any day. Sure your gonna pay what ever the price is due to quality and availability. Might have to call up there and get me a chunk of aluminum sent my way
  21. This whole section is for people who are putting banshee engines in yfz chassis. Not for basic yfz repairs. No reason to get upitty. Just stating facts.
