Stellar used to sell the stub that rides in the bearing years ago. I had asked the same ? Years ago on ps and was strongly advised against it. It would def be lighter. I woul look towards carbon fiber if i was building one
So far most riding spots local to me are in very rugged and steep terrain. Hill climbs i would guess to be about 200-300 feet long are all over.
Def going to get the front arms soon. But im going to hold off until after i can test out riding during good ground conditions. Thanks for the input
Gotta get a helmet cam and get some footage up
Couple naming thoughts
Raw version would be the cheap hooker
Plated would be the high class hooker
high rev would be the strung out hooker
And i think escort, call girl or pornstar is better for the larger cc sets
These gonna be available with a usfs approved spark arrestor and comply with the 96db sound laws? Or at least will the be compatible with another vendors legal silencer ie pro circuit or fmf turbine core? Seems like most riding areas require this now and no new aftermarket is stepping up
Also on a side note these better have a hot chick outlined in the stamping so when you get leg burns from the pipe your branded for life
Were you able to get the graphics to stay on? I bought a nos ceet kit and it peeled right off when riding. The glue seems like it had lost some of its stick over the years.

An idea of the general terrain. This must have been after some fresh rain though.
Well ride report on the klaws is decent. Went out today and road big nasty hills and trails in terrain that just sucked. Was like rutted out hardpac with some gravel. The tires did well. No real wear form about 5 hrs of abuse. They slide very controllably at about 4 psi. Traction was better than i wouldve expected given ground conditions. On some of the steeper technical stuff i was having problems lifting the front end so a -1 is off the list. I guess it really depends on the terrain you ride. I will have to try and find some vids of this spot.
Just fyi. The fireball lt arms are around 600.
The shock deal says you get what ever size shock you want at the same price.
To me that means lt frontend for about 300 more than normal.
Any thought about the elka linkage while your at it?
I fully understand tedders reply and would not be upset if my request had gone un answered. What you have provided has peaked lots of peoples interest and has really increased my awareness of what effects what. That was a great example.
How long till you think you could provide a ride report? It would be good to hear from someone who has both. Agreed you would have bigger problems than just bent bars.
Cool. Checked them out also. Pricing looks similar. What about replacement parts. Looks like if you bend flex bars you cant repair them. Also looks like you can run flexx with anti vibe but softbars you cant?
Anybody using precision clamps with a fatbar? These look to be cheaper.
I know fastco makes fast flexx but someone had a link to another company. Ive tried searching but cant seem to find the thread. Looks like 360 is the going rate for the flexx. Anyone locate them a little cheaper? Also any hand gaurd recomendations for these?
Pic shows 2.75 with your setup so neg 2 would yeild at least 1.75 possibly 2". Thanks for the pics. Gonna get the tires mounted up and tested out before i change arms.
Went with the 22". I was told the sizes were true. Not worried about nerfs. Gonna make my own heel gaurds and pegs when i get time. Pics would be great.
Wow. I see that my input was useless. you think it seals something? Really look at the bearing and tell me what would that oring seal that wont go between the balls and races?
