Why not just rebuild the one you have? cheaper that way. You dont need the coolant res, you can re-thread the peg mounts. Get yourself a bolt kit, and put her back together the right way! Sent using Tapatalk!

Anywhere on the frame. The stock ground is in the back by the cdi bix, and if i remember right, theres one up front near the radiator as well Sent using Tapatalk!

Sounds like your switches are not grounding properly, the black white wire on the handle bar switch is plugged in correct? Heres the diagram, trace your wires and make sure everything is connected properly. Sent using Tapatalk!
