  11. Have you oulled the carbs apart to make sure the PO didnt jet the carbs differently? There are some stupid people out there.... Pull the carbs off, clean them up well and SYNC them. While you have the carbs out, check your reeds to make sure one side isn't broken. You could also have one air filter more clogged than the other one, if you have pods....Check it out and report back!
  12. Here is a stock wiring harness schematic. Hopefully it will help you out!
  13. Sorry, forgot all about this thread. If you haven't figured it out already...yes, the blue wire from the reg T's into the yellow wire going to the lights. Your ground is the screw that mounts the regulator to the frame, be sure to verify the screw hole is free of paint/powdercoat. When i put mine back together....I blew a headlight cuz the fresh powdercoat was just barely enough to make the regulator not ground.....ooops.
  14. WHS^. Bulbs are cheap if you just buy the bulb by its part number and not a "trail tech" branded light. If I remember right, they were only 3 or 4 bucks a pop, they were sylvania brand. Its just a generic bulb used in many different applications.
  15. Yup, you are not getting a good connection on your voltage regulator. Gotta make sure the ground (the regulator itself is screwed in tight) and the blue wire is connected well.
