hydrolock will result if you try to kickstart that engine like that. Take that engine out and get that shit out. Good luck

Piped and modded air intake engine love the 27.5 pilot jet

Shifter up one tooth and i leave the upper strap of the boots loose its help a lot

You should have 27.5 pilot and play the air screw a little to fine tune

I have sent my jugs to kevin at hjr, he make mx hardcore, bore and hone with new to end. Everything was perfect, and faster turn around i ever seen. Now bike feel like a rocket! I got nice price for everything else to.

I run hjr mx hardcore port, and man this thing rip! I have keeped the stock carb as i were seeking for the max low torque. My mod is, t5 exhaust, +4 timing, hjr noss head 21cc dome, wiseco .020, true weld crank, reed spacer, vforce 2, pod on carb, 26mm stock carb, shift star mod. I had to put 330 main, mid clip, and 30 pilot 1turn and a half on screw and now ride like a champ. I ride in tight sand trail and mx track, and let me say that when i hit the pipe out of a corner, nothing can stop that things! Just wanna share my experience

If kevin said its hard to make better than stocker carbs, why not run them. Bigger carb dont mean faster bike, you made a mx hardcore port so your willing low and mid power, exactly what your gonna lose with fat carb. My juggs are right now on kevin herr desk to be mx hardcore ported, ill run for sure to stock carb with t5, +4, mull engineering fast burn head. I say sell the 35 and run stocker!

Yes you need and by the way drain cylinder by removing plug on each cylinder, if not you may have coolant drop on piston
