A have pull my jugs and crank, packed well and ship to hjr, im from quebec canada. Its not expensive you just have to be patient. For two jugs only it should cost around 40 with usps. And take 7 to 10 day for the ride By the same time builders got great price for topend rebuilt with piston.

And you ride the bike like that? When you push the bike in neutral should be hard to push to? Could be a broken shift fork too, either way its in bottom end case. Maybe open bottom leaving top end in place.

If your sure in neutral maybe output shaft bearing going bad

Yes! I told him i would like some decal and he put some nice chrome decal in the box. Those fit nice with the black plastic and chrome pipe. Jd is a nice man to deal with!

I just took apart the carb for the second time to install 27.5 pilot Many time on this forums i read that between the carbs you got the choke hose, and i believe mine is missing, cause i see two niple on both carb in line for a hose with no hose. Now my question is, when i made a plug chop last weekend everything was perfect with this hose missing and bike fired first kick every time. Im sure it was not there first time i remove carb .I had an air leak i guess? The bike have been jetted with this hose missing maybe? Hahaha thanks, i dont know Vermont but im sure its a nice place I have drained old fuel, clean carbs and sync them. Add new gaz 32:1 change sparkplug and that thing fired up at second kick.Ill make a leakdown this week end and some jetting before taking here first ride. Thanks!
