  1. Available for a banshee correct? I believe the ones in the pic I posted was for a Yfz or raptor. Not sure though just saw the pic. I'm sure some modification was needed. Anyway if they are going to be available for the banshee I hope they have the pegs in the right spot so you don't to run a shorter shifter and they have room for you to kick start the bike with the middle of your foot instead of just your heel like some nerfs
  2. ^truth be told
  3. So you want to have raw pipes instead of chrome ones?
  4. * this.... Waste of $ just buy the jets you need
  5. Nice dude I'm sure he's gonna appreciate that post! Never saw something like that before
  6. Porting does play a good increase in power. I'm sure it does seem like a beast from what it was before. Wait till you get to a 421 cub that's ported by a better builder. I can't keep the front tires down on the street with my buddy's cub even in 4th gear. And that motor is only a somewhat smaller one compared to what else is out there. Trust me I had a 4 mil hjr ported stock cylinder. It was fun and felt like a huge difference at first going from just a bolt on bike but I outgrew it fast. So when you do want more go at least 4 mil cub or serval or bigger. Enjoy the bike though
  7. Dutchy954 I'm from ct and I know the bikes around our area are always over priced. You will never get back what you put into these machines that's why they call them money pits. Just because you put x amount of money into it and have receipts doesn't mean you will get some of it back. You'll be lucky if you get 1/4 of it back. Lack of title doesn't help either. Only way I was able to get a title was to buy a frame that had one already. It sucks around this area a lot of people don't have titles for bikes and quads. I do see more now a days then years ago but the amount is slim unless it was a brand new bike and/or they were the original owner. The 2 banshees I bought were for 1100 and 800 bucks. Both ran but the one for 800 had a bad air leak and the guy didn't know what he had.( had some goodies on it) Your best bet would be to either try to sell it on craiglists or part it out. You could prob get 25- 2800 for the bike around here if your lucky. Lots of morons will pay that price in this area however no one on the site will
  8. Exactly Tyler. It's not like paypal or eBay was made yesterday. It's been here long enough. They should be all over these type of things like flys on shit
  9. It all starts with the frame.... IMO I would of cut off a bunch of shit before having it powered like the brackets for the stock exhaust, air box tabs ect. The tabs are worthless and just get in the way
  10. whats everybodys deal with these cooling issues? yes the dm cylinders have smaller water jackets that is true however there is things you can do to have the bike run cooler. if your so worried about it you can always go 10cub or serval. the bigger the engine and more power you want the motor is going to get hot quicker
  11. buy special06shee's arm's.. skid plates too. boom your set
  12. I hope you guys all get your $ back. I had a weird feeling about this. Something just didn't seem right. I almost bought a set myself but held off. Yea what a fucking dick this guy is. Hope he gets what's coming to him. Sucks to have shit like this happen on a great forum
  13. Someone fixing hjr domes?? No Way.... Bahahhaha
  14. FFS! i dont care if you drive that thing in the mall. always have some sort of filter. i see from the other post your set now but use your head
  15. was thinking about this top end today.... my friends brother has a stock stroke with just pipes. would be a nice upgrade for him but he never rides the thing and i believe hes selling it back to his friend that he got it from. free bump glws
  16. i think you might wanna get the basics down first before even asking about 4 mil set ups.... if you cant tune a stock motor then your not going to be able to tune a larger one
  17. first off compression and leak down test. you will have to jet the bike correctly for the current temp for it to run its "hardest" . most people for trail riding will find the jets to be spot on for a certain temp and go up about 2 sizes on the main. however if you jet it for summer weather,in the winter your going to have to rejet due to the temp drop. you should clean the carbs and all the jets with compressed air and carb cleaner, make sure the carbs are synced. its pretty obvious that your not too familiar with your machine so take some time and research this site. learn about jetting, air leaks ect. everyone was in your spot at some point. once you have more knowledge and the bike is dialed in its just normal stuff like changing oil, plugs, chain adjustment, greasing things ect
  18. Yea that thing is gonna rip. Guessing your gonna have override and oof on it
