  1. I have one on my bike, fitment sucked. I think I may have got one of the first ones and the jig wasn't perfect. It had a slight twist to it and required dremeling the holes out to get it bolted up. I do like the way it looks though.
  2. Lmao! I just bought a set from Atv galaxy. They have them on sale.
  3. I used some goof off and a high speed grinder with a soft pack to clean them. Then I polished them with plain old mothers. They came out pretty good. I ride in muddy trails so I am not that concerned about looks. I will shine them up for the buyer though. Sent from my Torque using Tapatalk
  4. Did you buy the pro circuits? I just put these in the for sale section. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=173642
  5. I just ordered the 916's for my bike so these need to go. Overall good shape and cleaned up good. These are NOT perfect show pipes. However they look pretty good considering what they looked like when I got them. The first couple pics are what they looked like after I first polished them. The last pic is how they looked when I got them. They are mounted on my bike right now. I will clean them up before the sale. One hanger mount has been rewelded and is fine. $275 shipped OBO. Interested in trades/partial trades. Looking for billet stator cover, anything to help me build a 4mm (including stock cylinders). PM offers and possible trades. Thanks.
  6. I just went and looked. It does have BR8ES plugs. I pulled them out and they are pretty black. I will try a new set of set and plug chop them.
  7. Interesting. I will have to check. I thought I remembered reading that in the instructions. I will see what's in there and post results. Thanks.
  8. That was the case at first. I left the dynatek unplugged and it was good at first. It is still unplugged and it is now popping. Sent from my Torque using Tapatalk

  10. Need some help guys. I will provide as much info as I can. I had a problem getting spark last year so I bought a complete dynatek ignition and a race tech stator. Got spark and ran good. The wired thing is I could never advance the timing or it would miss and pop again. I was told you can tell timing advance from the strap on the spark plug. I unplugged the curve switch on the dynatek and it ran great and plugs looked good. It seems like it is electrical, but I have no idea what it could be. My flywheel had some rattle so I bought one off here that did not rattle. Carbs are spotless (I have a sonic cleaner). Slides are not backwards and choke tube is in place. They are also synced using the tool. The motor passed a leak test when I did the top end (roughly 6 hours on motor). The key is deleted and when I was trying to get spark I tried the wires connected and disconnected. When I put the dynatek on it sparked BOTH ways (connected and disconnected) Here is what i plan to do. Leak test again, new plugs, clean carbs again, try reversing the key wires (can't remember which way I left them) Here is what is done to the motor Ported stock cylinders T5 pipes V force 4 reeds Boss intake Stock carbs 30 pilots, stock needles on 4th slot, and 350 mains Cool head with 22 cc domes Dynatek ignition Any suggestions? I haven't got to ride this bike much cause it's been one problem after another. One more thing. Starts first on second kick freezing cold and idles perfect.
  11. Exhaust looks good. Looks like the left intake window is cut higher than the right.
