  4. Do you plan on riding in deep water or mud? If not buy some pods and outerwears. You'll prob need a 27.5-30 pilot and 310-320 main 1.5 turns out on air screw middle slot on stock needle in stock carbs.( that's with pods) Get a sync tool from fast. You should also do a compression and leakdown test on the motor IMO
  5. I would grab it if it was close to me. I could def make some $ parting it out over here
  6. Did everyone get there $ back? I hope so
  7. True unless they have another bike that they might want to upgrade I'm interested in seeing the results. It may be a setup a buddy of mine might want to do after I show him what he can get out of that motor
  8. The select will be the ones who spent 6k+ on a engine
  9. Pick a good oil, ratio and stay with it. Whatever you "break the motor in" with should be what your gonna run for the life of the top end

  11. Yea you gonna love it haha
  12. ^does it matter? I would worry about the quality not what year it came off of. Ones from a 03 could be in worse shape then say a 98

  14. Plated heel guards ftw!

  17. pro armor here
  18. True and weld crank. Buy the stock stroke cub cylinders for sale on here and get some CPI or shearer pipes. Pods timing plate Ect. Boom much better
  19. Here's what I'm taking about as the stopper As you can see it stops the kick starter from hitting the nerfs. The first original ac propegs did not have this stopper and the kick start would hit the nerf bar over time causing damage to it. The 2nd generation of the ac pro pegs had a full net bottom with heel guard and the peg had the stopper I love these nerfs especially since they are aluminum you can polish them to a mirror finish and add a nice chunk of bling to your quad. However even if they do not come in aluminum I would still buy a set as I really like the look of them on other quads and they offer great protection
  20. Pods > air box
  21. Alba when you say deeper you mean the heel guards will be farther back correct? Like I said the most important thing is going to be correct footpeg position and having the heal guard far back enough for a center of the foot kick of the kick starter. Another important part will be the peg or what you call it that bolts into the frame. I would highly suggest it has a stopper for the kick starter as not to damage the nerf itself
  22. ^ hahaha well put
  23. I wanna see pics when they are available. On the bike if possible. ill def buy a set if they are going to be as good as I think they might be
