Camatv my stuff is not junk I worked my butt off tearing an old 97 down to the frame to rebuild and powdercoat and do suspension stuff so I waited on the motor pipes and tires. They are next on the list. I actually messaged you not long ago about porting...... But never got a reply I guess you were busy, soooo I used someone that gave me info. Not your fault but I needed it don't at that time

Quadgod so maybe I should try a 15 th front instead of stock? Heck I may just get both and try them out next dune trip

The 6.7 I had was an 07.5 and dynoed at 446 hp and 890 ft lbs tq. After that setup I sold the superchip and got an h&s xrt.

First was a Tc on my 5.9, second was a 68rfe, and the clutch packs Burnt up going through a lot of mud. At the time I didn't have gauges and had a superchip stacked with ts mp-8. I'm sure with a tranny temp gauge it could have been prevented but the can still take a shit. After that is wouldn't shift out of 1st gear

I'm a cummins guy, I've had a 5.9 and I'm on my 2nd 6.7 I love them. I have driven stock 6.0, 6.4, and 6.7 power strokes for work a lot. Ill admit it's gonna be personal preference if you are keeping stock. I love the power of a 6.7 power stroke all stock. If you go cummins and plan on modifying it get a manual tranny I've been through two autos on the 6.7 cummins.

I just snagged some 21-12x8 sand hauler 8 cup paddle on Craig's list that have been to the dunes once for 70$ so I'll run these until I can afford skat track haulers

I can't decide which sprocket to try up front so I'll try 14 and see how it feels. I'm not sure on going from 13 to 15

Dave5.0- I've never been to Oregon I ride mostly at gordons well. I'll probably get cpi pipes and go to stock gearing I don't mind working the clutch.
And the 450 was on pump gas it was built by racersedgeaz they do good work. It's an 06 450 which I believe make more power than 04/05s because of carb setups

After I shift to 3rd then 4th I start pulling the 450r. But when I wouldn't shift right he would get me sometimes

Yea better tires will help me. He pulled hard off the start and was ahead of me by a bike when I went from 2nd to 3rd and I launch in 2nd. He starts in first. I'm excited on new pipes it they make that much difference

Thanks I plan on cpi pipes because they aren't that expensive and have midrange power. The 450r made 53 hp on the dyno at racersedgeaz. I'll try and get my setup working good and after they upgrade more I'll go 4mil. Until then I'm happy. They spent way more money on their motors than I did so I'm happy to still win

These are the paddles I have. Sand sharks I believe. These came with the bike along with the sprockets that were on it. It was set up for trails

Ok thanks Kevin at hjr said I would gain at least 5 hp with shearers so I'm sure it's ported for those pipes. As soon as I get funds I'll get pipes an tires. Maybe Santa will be nice this year.
