I am running a Redline 421 Serval with 33 pwks and off the top of my head i think i have a 48p and a 165 main with cel needles.Tthe plugs show a touch rich but id rather be safe then sorry.

My bike started out exactly like yours and it was in a pile of parts in totes the very next day. To tell you the honest to gosh truth if I had to do it over again id probably buy a bike that had at least half of the things i wanted and go through it from there but I understand where your coming from. This is how my bike sits today. i wish i had a picture of it when i started.

Id say if your dead set on getting this bike going then id just get a crank and do a fresh rebuild. get a set of pipes and a timing plate and ride it for a while.. nothing wrong with that IMO. I have a serval but i still enjoy riding my wifes bike from time to time and she just has a stocker with t6's, timing plate, cool head etc.

This is where it all starts... its all the little things that ad up not the kits you see online. carbs, intakes, adj. timing plate etc. then comes gearing etc. etc.... welcome to your new addiction sir.

im sorry lol I said that backwards, I meant to say the stock cyls wont stack up to the serval.

I just built a redline clean up port 421 serval and it doesn't even come close to adding up to the few stock cyl 4 mils ive ridden.

you look a lot better in the 2nd pic tyler. i usually do the same thing. i lift and get all bulky then when summer hits and i start working i get all shredded.

Surprise back order and a ported head pipe had me pretty annoyed with CPI but I guess you cant argue with their performance. John kept them on the ball and contacted me as soon as he heard anything from them.

I had no luck finding the ball joints at a local parts store, I had to get the ball joints from LSR directly.

stock carb springs are pretty light. id take a look at your cable and lube it up if not replace it.

im running yfz calipers with banshee master and it works just fine. its not mushy or anything..
