  1. if you bumping up compression and timing. make sure you bump up the octane.

  5. the 250r's are fun cuz they weigh nothing, and have great power, but the banshee just feels so much smoother like a cadillac

  8. your best bet is to plan on what your going to do to the bike in the future, to plan on pipes now. T-5 are a decent all around pipe. Gotta figure out where you want your power range at, high RPM or Low RPM. so you can decide on a inframe drag pipe or something with more torque
  9. there is a small screws you have to pull out, if you dont, your just going to fuck up the guard.

  14. not gonna agrue with you, but i have been on truck forums for years, and stats show they get around the same mileage.
  15. JSYK, the 5.3 motor will get better mileage then the 4.8, it doesnt have to work as hard, tire size or gearing will effect MPG. if you hate the chevy/gmc for gas mileage, then your screwed, the fords and dodges get worse besides the eco boost, and you wont find on of them under 35 grand for a while. Most gas mileage is controlled by your right foot, the easier you are on the gas the better the mileage. make sure your MAF sensor is clean, as well as your fuel filter (04+ dont have fuel filters. its in the tank.) that being said, your driving a truck your never going to get great gas mileage.

  18. i would either go back to a stock head not milled, turn the timing back some or start running 50/50 race gas with pump
  19. looks like deto to me, what do you have the timing set at? how much is shaved off the head? what fuel are you running?

  21. where the cylinders ported? if so, then its gonna run like shit on the stock crank cuz all the timing in the port work will be for a 4mil crank.
  22. all depends on the motor setup, fuel, ect.
  23. check that the pump spins freely, if it does than its just the shitty plastic design, i bought the mull engineering aluminum replacement gear today, just do i dont have to worry about it.
