  2. i had a bad air cleaner that would starve the motor of air and do that your discribing. try running it with just open carbs?
  3. junk IMO. no to silicone, it will more or less prolly clogg the jet and gas will eat it over time. Plus its not like jetting is set it and forget it.

  6. he said 89 is the highest unless he did some traveling. You can order how ever much you want in a drum 5gal 55 gal then he wont have to travel as often if he wants the higher octane he can just mix it in with the 87 or 89 to make it last longer

  8. i have pwk28's on my stock cylinder 4min stroker. smaller carbs help retain to bottom end, when you go to a larger carb, you will loose some bottom end and gain some top. thats why drag guys always run huge carbs.
  9. the case oil is strictly for the trans and clutch. the crank is lubed by the oil in your fuel
  10. it all comes down to compound in reality, the softer the more its gonna hook. AR and Hoosier both have similar setups. I prefer hoosiers because they are more true to thier size, you can buy 2 american racers and have the circumferance be 2 inches different. Even the hot marks on the AR are not as accurate.

  17. idk from my airport its not oxygenated and has no issues with high rpm i know its not oxygenated because i had kt ted d have the chemical breakdown
  18. It has a much longer shelf life. It has no ethanol which kills the life of gas. I run it because I'm borderline to much compression for 93. The builder said I would be better off running it. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2
  19. your main should be close to spot on. i would put 48 pilots in. i found now that its hotter, i have to lean my pilots on a similar setup and elevation
  20. Shit mine got dropped off in august and i got it back in march. towards the end i started getting frustrated, but it was worth the wait. My thoughts were if i bugged him to much, he would cut corners to get it done.

  22. I have LRD adjustables, i like them a shit ton more then my toomeys i had.
  23. damn i would have shipped you a set of tie rods for +2+1 a arms for dirt cheap. I have full flights with no issues, I did buy LSR tie rods, because i needed new ball joints on the end anyway.
  24. i would rock +4 timing, and maybe some reeds till it needs a rebuild, then atleast a head and port work, if not a +4 crank.
