The guy thas putting it in uses his trans in all his bikes and is very well known in my area...so im just going by his word. I talked to tyson racing and they said they could fix it.....but from what i was told its pretty bad

Need some input...just found out my trans is shot and in bad shape. A guy round my way says that he will cut me a new trans override 1-4 m5,6 with new forks and drum for 450...is that a good price, bad price or about the norm....? Thanks

Whats up bud...im the guy with the yellow banshee u met last weekend at busco...but is that a simple fix?

Ive searched but havent found the problem im having..so here goes...as i was dragging today, as i was making my next pass 4th gear starting acting funny and made the bike vibrate very hard. So as i ride it around all the other gears are just fine, just fourth gear sounds pretty bad and feels very bad... like something is tearing up...has anyone had this issue or know what this could sound like...and could i just replace 4th gear instead of a new tranny. I really dont wanna have to split the cases, what could cause this...thanks in advance...again it only acts up in 4th

Hmmm, well bikes that don't run em idle and run well at low speeds as well. Wonder what yamaha was thinking when they made this feature.....with no for sure answer guesss I'm back at square one. Thanks for the help tho guys. Anyone else with some more clarity?

that i understand but if some guys dont run it then whats the pros of running one. and i see jmadd says it adds to crankcase volume, what are the pros and cons to that?

ive searched and have not came across an answer, so here goes. Was curious why do some boots have the holes for a crossover and some boots dont? and if the crossover is not needed why are some boots made for them? just curious, thanks
