  1. Not trying to insult your intelligence at all, but when you did the compression check, did you hold the throttle wide open? You will get lower readings if you dont have it wfo. Also, on a stock cylinder, im fairly certain you dont want to go 68mm. You will have issues. Usually the stock cylinders should not be bored more than 66mm. Im hoping you meant that you were going to have it re sleeved and start at 64mm. 4mm bigger will not make much of a difference in displacement or power. Also, your single carb doesnt need to be much more than 35mm. Anything over that on a stock cyl is a little overkill.
  2. 22x11x8 8 paddles won't slide out as easy as the 22x10's
  3. I have a set for sale, if anyone is interested. If anyone is interested, ill post up some pictures.
  4. Seriously. Is the 76mm carbs accurate?
  5. Im almost certain that my main (35 pwk with a cascade 2-1 manifold) is a 195 and pilot is a 45. Im not 100% sure though. What's your motor setup?
  6. That looks like a STOCK bansheeh with pipes and a graphics kit. Probably wouldnt have hit 109 with out the graphics kit. AMUURRICA!!!!
  7. I had a set of my old pipes blasted and ceramic coated for only 50 bucks. I think its worth it. when they are done right, the coating will adhere better and last longer.
  8. Just do it the correct way and have them blasted.
  9. Maybe that sand was wet? You should have gotten higher on the peak and really roosted that shit. Im talking about the sand curling back over you. With knobbies, it should be pretty easy....I may just be hating because its not dune weather here yet.....
  10. I would recommend getting yourself a clymer's manual and buying a few different jet sizes around what you think you will need. if you say 310, get 270-330. Shouldnt need more than that. turn your fuel screws in all the way and back out 1.5 turns. put the cross over tube back in. check and see what size the pilot jet is.
  11. Save up money for some port work. thats where you will get your power from. What year is your banshee?
  12. I wouldnt waste your money on reed spacers. They dont do anything. I would look up the jetting specs for stock and put it back to there and use that as your base. what type of riding are you doing? If you are duning, i would get rid of the air box completely and use two pods.
  13. Good luck finding a single arm. I have a feeling you may have a hard time finding someone that wants to separate a complete set of a arms. having said that, i have a complete set of stock a arms that are painted black that i need to get rid of. Let me know if you are interested.
  14. I seriously hope someone goes and races him. what a douce.
  15. Good call on retarding the timing back to 4 degrees. +7 is way to much unless you are running alky. Ask your local pc companies why they wont touch an atv frame? If you do the complete tear down on the frame, i dont know why they wouldnt pc it for you. If you do end up tearing you bike all the way down, check out the threads on her for shaving unneeded mounts and what not that can clean up your frame and save a little weight. Good luck and welcome to the HQ.
  16. definitely sounds like you have a bad crank seal. check your tranny oil level and do a leak down test.
  17. Plus, it smells good and makes the exhaust smell really good. That's why I use it. Lol. Shits kinda spendy though.
  18. ^^^^^^^Must have a stick up his ass. The guy that asked the question got the answer he was looking for dipshit. If someone was searching "olive oil" on this site, they are on the wrong site. Clearly the guy knows not to put olive oil in his motor. Do you? grow some thicker skin and learn how to take a joke, or gtfo. Cheers

    oh boy!

I dont see it either. Maybe the joke is on us....
  20. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a bansheehq member doing that as a joke. Hilarious. [email protected]. hahaha
  21. Good call on the post reset loco. Troyz posted a feedback thread for me today for selling him a set of silencers and that kadoc guy "bumped" the post. I have no idea who that tool is. sounds like a possible scammer trying to up his thread count to get some "street cred". lol
  22. Where I ride (Oregon dunes) we have tree shots and really tight holes to come out of where a +8 or +10 would have a hard time manouvering. Open dunes, yes of course you can ride a +8 or +30. Its open dunes. Your +8 and +10 and +4 front end is over kill for a dune port. Scared to wheelie? Lol.
  23. Again, get plastic renu, it's a kit and the final stage of the kit is putting the shine back on.
  24. I think tick tock either a) a female, or 2) the opposite of zilla. He is always bashing the guy who gives the noob a hard time. Its just some HQ razzing. Don't be so sensitive dude. The noobs don't seem to be.
  25. I think with your gearing, mods, engine work, tires, and jetting you may have too much tire which could be limiting your top end in higher gears. It happens. I would lean the main jet out and see how it goes. I would leave the screw where it is for now. Grab a lot of extra plugs and be ready to do some plug chops.
