  1. I should clarify ,,i ran hers on stockers and it did pull better on the top 3/4 of RPM compared to the 2-1 intake. Its a touch more tame. but the bottom/mid was the same or more crisp. I did it for ease of use and easier thumb throttle for her.
  2. Thats the exact setup my wifes bike runs and its fine for playing. Not a top-end duner/racer power ,but nice and zippy,,,if thats a good description??
  3. http://www.ebay.com/itm/BANSHEE-DRAG-RACING-135LINK-HEAVY-DUTY-GOLD-CHAIN-/290666551465?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item43ad1398a9 Has held up so far for me.
  4. Have you thought about doing any out of aluminum ?
  5. Are you willing to part out some of that bottle of lotion in the picture? ...paypal ready.. free bump.
  6. bump. $40.00 shipped . buyer pays fees or gift . I'll throw in the wifes dish towel in picture too.....
  7. Where are you located? I'd pick a sponsor thats close to you and you vibe with,
  8. http://www.redline-racing.net/MODS.htm scroll down a bit, it's listed there.
  9. I agree with DDU. Stock carbs are good enough for your setup,if its a trail port. Guys have got 80HP out of a 4mm Serval with stock carbs. I'm sure they will support your engines requirements fine. Now if its a tuning issue and you find the stockers a pain AND you are more comfortable with Keihins, i'd understand switching to Keihins. If you are going to Flatslide mikunis ,i dont see any benefit. BTW:
  10. Ditto. Bought a coolhead. In Good shape, quick ship.
  11. I have a set of 19cc stock stroke, stock bore ProDesign domes. They are in great shape, just have no need for them. All my stuff is 4mil. I'll take 45.00 shipped and insured to anywhere in U.S. Will ship outside U.S. at buyers cost. Please include 3% for paypal and I'll pay shipping. Also will trade for a nice billet adjustable timing plate. (Or trade plus a little cash if its a CAST style plate) ."> "> ">
  12. IF you installed the screws and they are screwed in all hte way, you probably need to grind more of the shoulder off that you tapped. That seems to be the most common mistake. Hope that helps.
  13. Need adjustable timing plate. If you have one you want to sell.,let me know.
  14. Props for experimenting man! Shoot, as cheap as stock cyls are these days, why not do some playing with them,,, if you are having fun.
  15. Im a racist?? lol. If you go to the Technical Section on this forum ,you'll find a link to a complete Banshee shop manual . If you take the time to download it,you would find the proper procedure to sync'n factory carbs. ..... too hard for you?
  16. don't you think people would be more likely to help if the person asking the question put just a little effort into asking it?? the run-on paragraphs are freaking HARD TO READ. To answer you're question,,as much as i can decipher or it, is YES you will lose some ride-ability not being sync'd. Will you burn it up........oh, sorry ,,,i ran out of effort to finish my answer.
  17. I swear if i see one more run-on sentence , I'll go blind.
  18. Hey. did you receive my paypal for the coolhead? Shows it on my end.
  19. Payment sent for Coolhead. Thanks.
  20. I'll take coolhead. PM me for paypal info. Thanks
  21. PM'd. Put me down for a set.
  22. they aren't isolated from each other, so the air passing to the other cyl is normal. If it was ran too long w/o premix ,then the crank is prolly in a bad way. (not that that is why it wont start) You should have more than 70 PSI on a fresh rebuild even if the rings aren't seated as well.
