  1. Looking for a billet basket thats ready to go. Needs to be in good shape. Thanks.
  2. Do you want a modified stocker? It'll go to +5*. Or are you looking for a billet one like a Pro Design?
  3. http://www.strappe.com/plugs.html Its all in that article.

  5. I'll second the thoughts that you are/were jetted too lean...THAT'S why you would overheat. You made no mention what you're needles are or what they are set at. I would bet you need to look into that as well ,since doing XC you'd be into the 1/4-3/4 throttle a lot. Make sure you have F.A.S.T go over your jetting thoroughly before you rip on that new serval. Even at WOT your needle setting comes into play....if its too lean,or the slides aren't ALL the way up, the main just doesn't do its job as well as it should.
  6. Are you looking at the base of the plug? Or just up by the electrode? You need to cut the threads off the plug to check the color and width of the "smoke ring" at the BASE of the plug.
  7. M&M has some smoke'n deals on Servals & Cub kits,,check out the Sponsor Spotlight area. Just a heads up.
  8. I did a 4mil Serval on my play bike with 35's and Shearers....runs real hard. Did 78-79hp with close 49-ish TQ with 34mm carbs before upgrading to 35's . Nice flat torque curve ,power everywhere, and runs on premium pump gas. Cant beat a deal like that IMHO. You better plan on getting a new crank while your at it though. That much torque is sure to twist a stock unwelded one.
  9. I'd cough up the extra 400.00 for a +4mm crank if it was me. Just sell your current one to offset the costs. Get the serval!! I'm running one on my play bike and it would be perfect for what you are wanting to do. your current mods will be compatible with it. I would probably look at some new domes (what ever FAST recommends ) to go with it. Mine dyno'd a solid 48-50 lb/ft of torque with a really flat curve...perfect for your type of racing. IMHO
  10. We used to do that 10-15 yrs ago with fuel resistant epoxy ....alot cheaper too. Helped the bottom-end on big carbs like 44mm mikunis on zillas.
  11. did you see the stock stroke cub cyls with pistons that M&M has in the forsale section? You could offset some of the price by selling your old cyls and you would be just a few bucks from a port, bore and pistons on your stock cyls... Just an idea.
  12. If you are taking the cyls off,i prefer to leave the head ON . Then i take off the cyl bolts and give it a few kicks to loosen the cyls from the case,,THEN take the head off. Makes removing the cyls easier if they are kinda stuck.

  20. I have a very clean airbox with lid and vents. It includes a Pro Design billet adapter and good K&N filter. $60.00 plus shipping and paypal fees. It includes an outerwear but the elastic is stretched. The 2 carb boots and boot-to- airbox adapters ARE included, but not in picture.">
  21. Thats what im wondering...i'm betting assembled. Most of these cranks are coming from the same overseas "vendors", then the buildershere have to do make whatever changes thet feel they need to do, re-assemble and sell them. I dont have a problem with that ,,,as long as the builder is straight up about that fact. The site sponsors here are good about that and stand behind their products....wherever they came from.
  22. All PM's replied to. Again, carbs are sold to "2 stroke in my blood"...sold and paid for. Will ship Tuesday. Filters are JUST THE FILTERS & Clamps..not outerwears. They are very clean,no holes. If you pay for them before Tuesday, I'll ship them Tuesday. Monday is the 4th,Post office closed. I'll take 45.00 shipped,if you gift paypal or pay the fees. I'll pay shipping in Continental United States.
  23. Carbs sold to 2 stroke. Filters still for sale. PM offers. They are like new.
