If I smack the throttle from idle to wide open it bogs for a sec then revs out fine, if I just roll on the throttle normal its fine no bog. Any ideas how to get rid of it?
I am at Sea level in SoCal I am running 168 mains, 50 pilot, CEJ needle on the middle clip, 2 turns out on my A/F screw, Keihin 34mm PJ carbs, V-Force reeds, Dune Port, 50/50 Gas @55to1 Klotz Supertechniplate hope this helps.
These pipes come on as early as T-5s, Pull to the moon, and look and sound amazing. The only problem you will have is everyone asking what pipes your running. Gotta love some R-2s.
Get your jetting dialed in perfect, I ran T-5s and R-2s come on just as soon and pull way harder and rev out longer than T-5s. They are a mid-top pipe but I ride in trails and have no problems, what kind of port job do you have? and other mods?
Went to a 50 pilot from the 48 and its bogs worse now i'm 1 1/2 out on the A/F and thats as good as it gets I think its to rich now on the pilot but hey i'm no expert. Any more advice fellas would greatly be appreciated?
Going to Herr Juggs for the 10mil build with a dune port that torque is what I want and the added bonus of ripping on the throttle and blowing by 4pokes Hahahaha no skimping here.
Looking for some advice I was planning on building a 4mil cub duner but now i'm thinking maybe 10mil is that too big? let me know what you guys think. Anyone with experience with a 10mil duner would be nice too.
I just put on some 34 PJs and have everything dialed in plugs look perfect just have slight bog between 0-1/4 throttle I cannot get rid of I have been tinkering with the air/fuel screw and just can't seem to get rid of it. My settings ASL-600ft Dune port, V-Force 3s, 165 mains, 48 pilot, CEJ Needle middle clip, 1/2 turn out on A/F screw. Any ideas will greatly be appreciated.
I think it is the same guy he told me he had sold his Banshee and sold me his sons and from the pics it looks like his garage even down to the silver tool box. Hows your bike run this thing runs hard?
Congratulations to NOSS Heads you officially have the baddest anodize I have ever come across in my life you cant even be stripped off completely with aircraft stripper. Dremel and a soft wire wheel are the only thing that takes it down to bare aluminum.
No offense, we all know how much you paid new for the those parts but you might be lucky getting $3500 for it and if you part it out on here you will make the most. Good luck.
