  1. Looking for ideas on how much tire/paddle to run on my 421 Serval. I'm running a +6 Swinger and I weigh about 220. I am currently running 20-10-10 Skat-Trak haulers and it just spins the shit out of them till about 4th gear and then starts to grab so i'm losing a lot of traction and speed. Let me know what you guys think....
  2. Ok, I ran my Serval hard this weekend in Glamis and my only problem I had was traction. The engine has a beautiful power band for duning, You will need to run more paddle and tire than my 20-10-10 9 paddle haulers in my opinion as you won't pull as hard as the engine wants due to the tires spinning from the added torque. Other than that everything was awesome, lugged her down low in the big dunes and she pulls like a horse and screams through the big bowls and up the hills like a raped ape. I ran my R-2s on this trip and they can be lugged way down low and still over rev on top and pull hard forever. I will schedule some dyno time at Wicked ATV now and get you guys some numbers on the R-2s vs. Shearers.
  3. Skat-Trak Haulers is the only way to go
  4. Cam has my wife been telling you about my flaming banana again?
  5. Here is the deal I have a small air leak after doing a leak down on the outside edges of the cylinders. I want to pull them and add a lil sealer to the base gasket. I am trying to get these damn cylinders off without prying on the edges and fucking them up. They are stuck on there good any ideas on how you guys get them loose, this is my first cub and stockers come loose pretty easy. I am thinking some wood and pry under the intakes and exhaust ports? Just don't want to fuck anything up. Thanks
  6. Hahahahahahahahahahahahah "Breath" Hahahahahahahahahahahahah Hahahahahahahahaha Hahahahahahaha
  7. I don't have any problems pitching my bike sideways or doing donuts etc. No porting on the Serval just cleaned up the casting flaws. Clutch pull seems the same to me but I hear that the MSR east pull clutch lever does wonders, also you can always run softer springs and use a lockup. I'm running no lockup so I have to use stiff springs on my clutch.
  8. Good choice!!!
  9. I couldn't have said it better myself.
  10. R-2s will be a much better all around pipe than the Shearers
  11. Hahahaha if it ain't tight, it ain't right. Yeah mine was tight enough that I had to drive it in. Thats how I like it!
  12. Yeah, I put some sealer on it too
  13. Cam, it was just a cunt hair off. I just layed my file down flat on the bench and ran the key across it a lol at a time checking the fit as I went. If it wasn't for the cold beer and good music in my garage I think I would have had to hurt someone. I would get more aggravated calling them than just doing it myself.
  14. I have checked it more time than I can count it is lined up perfect. The key way is just a lil bit smaller than the stocker. When I first tried driving it in it it left a lil groove in the front where it was catching on the roof of the key way. I know that any slop is bad so I am going to take a liil bit off at a time and try it that way.
  15. Just bought a brand new Hinson spring loaded straight cuts and this damn primary drive gear key will not go in. Has anyone ever sanded theirs down to get it to go in? Cause I am out of ideas! Old one fits fine and I don't want to break out my BFH yet to get this in. Any ideas?
  16. Wednesday thru Sunday is the best time for Thanksgiving, but on a big weekend like that there is going to be a lot of people no matter what. Thank God Glamis is huge so you can just head out in the dunes and be alone.
  17. R-2s are definitely another option here, just sayin
  18. Hahahahaha I couldn't help myself. As for dyno numbers I will have some for you guys after my Glamis trip which is November 11th I am just to busy till then to do it. But don't worry I will have some numbers on my 421 Serval w/ R-2s and w/ Shearers.
  19. I that your Mom swallowing that?

  21. Pretty sure your pilot is way way too big. Whats your elevation? I'm at 800ft and running a 48 pilot on my 421 Serval with 34pjs
  22. I ran T5s and R2s on my stock cylinder dune port you will love the R2s much better than the T5s I know I did they pull much harder and longer.
  23. For sure bro I'm positive you could sell this setup
