  1. Just picked up a Noss head for cheap but don't like the color using EZ OFF to get it off is there a easier way this shit is thicker and tougher than any Anodize I have ever come across?
  2. Yeahhhhhh, probably not. Hahahaha but you should get a set I love these pipes.
  3. I was thinking about painting them because I just dont really like the chrome look only reason I have chrome R-2s is because they were out of the bare and black high temps and had a set of chrome so they sold them to me for the same price. Thanks for the info fellas I appreciate it.
  4. Might paint my pipes but need a rough estimate as to how hot they get when out riding my mods are in my sig. I already know high temp paint will work but don't like the colors.
  5. I paid $450 for mine
  6. R-2s for the win, these are the baddest pipes out there.
  7. R-2s are great top end pipes I have not seen any dyno on them versus Shearers but Shearers are known to be the best top end pipe around. I have a set of R-2s and they are an amazing all around pipe and pull super hard and rev out forever. Hope this helps.
  8. 2in-1 filter set up. Changing it though to pods.
  9. Thanks for the input Kevin your experience and reputation is the reason why I am wanting a Cub now instead of the Serval I have heard great things about the Servals but when a guy who does this for a living says hey this is better I listen. I will be calling you soon and we can put together a beast i'm sure.
  10. I know the Serval is a Cub with lower port timings and can be ported to be a cub but a very, very popular builder and site sponsor on here told me that a Cub would be the better setup for a Glamis duner with a dune port. I am really leaning towards a Cub now especially with the ease that they make power and the type of riding I do. Glamis is a very wide open big dune type riding and although I have read everything on here about the Servals and understand there rider friendly this builder has me thinking the Cub is the better route. Thanks guys for all your input its much appreciated and any more opinions would be nice to read.
  11. What are some pros and cons for a Duner from those that have experience with these setups and ride in Glamis? Powerband, Hp, Torque etc... I ride in Glamis and do about 80/20 Dune/Hillshoot. Thanks

  13. You will be very, very happy with them
  14. Thank you for the info fellas I'm not a drag guy but would love to have gobs of torque on hand as I dune in Glamis and short the hill from time to time so now its decision time I guess 4 or 10?
  15. Will the 4mil be more reliable than the 10mil with proper upkeep? Or will I run into more problems with the 10mil?
  16. I agree in my experience with other pipes such as CPI, T-5s, and now the R-2s as far as a all around pipe I think there is no comparison and as you said the looks I get and people asking what pipes these are make it all worth it. They make some awesome power and look amazing and sound sick too. Win,Win,Win. I hope they dont go away cause these are amazing pipes and I will continue to tell people about them for as long as I own them.
  17. I'm going to run R-2s with my Serval I would think the PTs would choke that motor
  18. No stock fender pics I have had mine cut since I bought the bike I'm not a fan of the dumbo ears
  19. Just wait a few minutes or if you wear gloves you won't get burned
  20. Your going to love them bro.
  21. There is a pic in my sig of a front view I will post more pics later of the top and sides
  22. I love the pull on my dune port I can only imagine on my future Serval.
