  1. What is needed I'm going to change the gear oil and coolant what else should I do?
  2. Would it make a good trail bike? And id imagine ill need atleast a +2 swingarm to keep it down
  3. How would the power be on a 4 mill I'm worried about how much gas it'll drink
  4. For a while now I've been thinking of rebuilding the motor on my banshee. My main question is this is it really worth it to rebuild? Im kinda leaning towards getting it ported and raise the compression. Only reason I ask is because my cousin is killing me with his cr250 and he has a fresh build. I will go with the following things. Wesico pistons weld stock crank new bearings dune port from fast cool head 28mm carbs rocket r2 pipes With this set up should I be able to keep up a little better? Thats my main worry if not I hate to say it but I might go to the dark side...
  5. depends what your looking for high or low end I just got teh new rocket R2 pipes
  6. whats the purpose of doing this?
  7. Bad ass job man what kind of shocks are those? engine mods would be nice to know also... why did you stick with the stock j arms?
  8. Someone has to know this...
  9. Ok I was out ridein the banshee and it runs fine for a while I take a break and go to kick it again and it won't start. But this only happens every once in a while but I can get the bike started by pull starting it or rollin down a hill. Tors is reamoved I'm not shure the electrical has been disconnected though. Another thing is thebike has been set up to run with out the key.
  10. Check plug gaps ALL connections clean carbs and do a compressionn test go from there.
  11. Depending on mods a banshee can take on a raptor 700 and win...
  12. Mine makes that same sound I was thinking it could be your water impeller crank bearings or clutch basket... does it get louder on the other side by the impeller?
  13. The banshee by far handles better than the blaster hands down. Now for pipes I my self think rocket R2 pipes are going to be the best bet, that is if you want to cut your plastic ... But other than that the banshee is a pure rush as long as you know what your doing. But with a banshee trees do come up awfully fast... just my .02 cents
  14. I'm going to mull for the impeller and gear where can I get the bearing and oil seat?
  15. What else do I need besides coolant and a gasket kit?
  16. CFH87

    wheel spacers

Any one use these? I was thinking of getting a set for my banshee
  17. Yea I've been thinking of getting these pipes, and 28mm carbs over the winter for my banshee because my fmfs are welded together ....
  18. I'm just worried about them on some trails or how well they will work
  19. been wondering this myself and wanna give the banshee a try... would also need help with jetting lol
  20. Mostly trail but nothing too tight and a lot of open snowmobile trails.
  21. Are the R2 pipes really worth cuttting the plastic? I keep hearing that their awsome pipes. And I have also been thinking of getting 28mm carbs for my banshee what kind would you reccamend for me to get. And do would these 2 things makde a huge difference over stock carbs and fmf pipes.
  22. There's nothing wrong with the t6 pipes. But somewhere down the line if you plan on porting the motor they will restrict the flow. With the spending limit you have I would get a timing plate and practice my launches maybe a gear change could help.
  23. depends on how much your looking to spend id go with 28mm carbs rocket r2 pipes and a timing plate to start
  24. how does that bike run for you? I was thinking of getting a 409 big bore kit
