  1. Yeah, i like the 700, they have a ton of power stock and good suspension. the FI and reverse is nice too. I saw your other thread about maybe getting one, and i would recommend it. my dad got rid of his 250X for it, and the power of it even scares him, so for this reason he wont let me get one. when we race on a sand road he starts in 3rd and still cant hook up.
  2. any input on the handling vs a blaster? Also has anyone had any experience with the DMC 916's with the center exit? the dyno sheet on there web site looks impressive, just wondering if it really is accurate?
  3. thanks for the help. The trails i ride aren't too tight, i normally am in 3rd or 4th on the blaster which is 17-27MPH and on roads 5th or 6th just cruising at 30-40MPH. I have also rode my dads 700R (in my pic), our rincon 650, 250X, trailboss and a friends scrambler. Would the actual handling and suspension on a stock banshee be worse than on a blaster? and what are good trail pipes? I would want to go with Toomey T-6 for the looks, sound and performance, but would others be better? Thanks again!
  4. I im wondering if a banshee is the right ATV for me. I currently have a blaster with a toomy pipe and it is getting a little small so im looking to upgrade. I ride mostly trials and fireroads. I know some say the banshee is a handful on trails, but by searching around I see that others disagree. I love 2 strokes so thats why im lookin at the banshee. my blaster got a "dead spot" in low RPM's after putting on the pipe but i have gotten used to that so i figure i could handle that part of the banshee. basically would the banshee be a "worse" trail quad than a blaster? I do ride on fire roads too so that would be perfect on the shee. Or should i be looking more towards a 400ex? I know this has probably been asked a thousand times, but i would appreciate the help Thanks!
  5. The 99 is sold, so thats out of the question. I have been trying to find something that tells what years they got updates like better brakes or cooling system, or have they stayed the same since day one? Any info would be great!
  6. Hi, I am new to the forum and am looking for some advice. i currently have a Blaster with a toomey pipe and rebuilt .020 over. I am out growing it and looking for a new machine. I normally ride on trails and fire roads. My main question is if there where updates on the newer models form the older ones. i have found a 99 and an 04 on craigslist. Also is there anything that i should look out for when buying a banshee. Here is the description for the 99: I have for sale a 99 banshee 350 twin 2-stroke in excellent condition. It hardly gets rode so its got to go. Its all stock besides some renthal bars, the motor runs and starts awesome and some newer tires. plastic in great cond no cracks or major scratches fun and very fast machine! asking 1500 email for questions thanks And the 04: Selling my banshee with three sets of tires and two sets of rims. One set is woods racing series the other two are stock and set up for running on the ice. Banshee is bone stock, its better to mod it yourself and not buy one thats been moded. you never know what our gonna get . I am asking 2200. The red one is the 99 and the 04 is the SE carbon fiber & black Thanks
