  5. I would look into the toomey t5 pipes they are awsome and they sound great
  6. if you just cleaned it up I would check all the connectors and the sparkplug boots
  7. if your compression is over 160 psi you need race fuel.
  8. Vito's fprged piston slugs are made by wiesco, not sure on the cast pistons?
  9. check out eastcoast atv they sell new and used take off motors, and new and used parts at good prices, and also do port work. ( eastcoastatvparts.com ) I have delt with them several times good peple the are out of Pennsilvania USA
  10. yes you will see a gain in power, before I spent money on that head I would get a coolhead then you can change the domes to get the compression you want and it will run cooler, the noss anadized heads look kool to
  11. check the tors and the parking brake switch could be out of adjustment
  12. on holiday weekends yes and also depends on the officer at the entrance to the dunes. last weekend all he looked at was the orv and state park stickers

  14. check the coil for resistance on primary and secondary sides and the plug ends on the wires the ends go bad also

  17. I have not checked the port timing, but I was told by several people that having the domes cut and getting rid of the spacer plate was the best becuase it put the ports where they should be. looks like I need to do some homework
  18. we just got home from silverlake sand dunes, had a blast even though I couldn't do the hill climb or drag racing, I had the domes cut for the 4mill crank and got rid of the stroker plate and now my motor lays down on the top end it was good with the plate in it, the plugs looked lean so I went up in jet size 4 times and it helped but still not good, maybe its time to get it ported for the 4 miil?
  19. the razors last much longer than the hole shots and hook up about the same I've had both and will buy the razors again
  20. can I run the fmf turbine core silencers with the cpi pipes?
  21. they are a gimmik ! just use good quality rims and tires and make sure their not bent, you could have them balanced
  22. there are ez pull clutch levers but not sure about the brakes. check with some of the sponsors on here, welcome to BHQ there is a lot of great info on here
  23. motorcity atv has used ones allready cut in all colors cheap
  24. I will be there the 15 th &16th with 3 others! not doing the hill climb though
