I found out today that the crf is a built 250 the kid races lol it sounds like a 450 and looks like one(I didn't look at it well). The thing goes pretty damn good for a 250

By stock nerf bars are you referring to the metal heel guards? I chopped the extra pegs to make double pegs but have the heel guards(metal). Not sure what they go for, I'm thinking 35 shipped is fair. Pm you're cell # and I'll send pics

There was a kid there with a 250 4 poke too, I raced him once right after amazing my self by getting the 450. I thought if I can hang with a 450 he's a joke, wrong! I let him get a head start thinking I can just blow by him and ended up like a bike behind. He woulda been easy to burn if I didn't take him for a joke. I wish I brought the camera to get some footage, one of these Sunday's I will. Based on mods I'd say I'm in the mid 60s hp with -1 front sprocket, cascade shift star, pro shifter, and Hinson basket to help slice through those gears

Ok, I figured out I'm gonna just have the back holes cut out and have nuts welded in like we did my cousins. I'm gonna have the fronts filled, what size bit and tap am I gonna buy? Any specific bit and tap brands to recommend?

im building my cousins banshee and we misplaced the little brass washer that sits under the main jet. Can someone send me one from a bad carb in a envolope?

so I'm out riding yesterday with like ten bikes(people I just met) and were talking, the kid on a done up cr125 says he smoked banshees before(his gf says ''yea pos ones'' lol), so I say let's go to the dump rd and run em. It turns out he just Lost his shifter! At that same time here comes a crf450, I was thinking I would Get my ass handed to me. I end up asking the kid to race me on the rd(closed off 1/8mi) and he agreed. We ended up doing 4 races, #1 I won by a few bikes #2 we tied #3 mis shift I lost #4 I win again but after the race my bike is acting up and I go home to find out my carbon fiber reed is almost off the radvalve, the screws were backed out! The kid on the 450 was a good rider I saw him wheelie the whole 1/8mi rd(not that being a great wheelier makes you a great dragger). Thats my story from yesterday I had a blast!

That's what we had done to my cousins rear holes. For both rear holes the guy charged 70 bucks. Only one of my front holes is bad but Im thinking of doing all of them for piece of mind seeing as I would like to be able to hit some jumps this summer

If possible I'd like to see how that looks when done correctly. If I decide to go this route it's nice to see how the welds are done.

i ran klotz in a few 250Rs and now my shee over the past 8yrs with one melt down due to running 93 in a R motor with 110 octain compression(thanks to my friend). as long as my motor stays running Im happy. just my 2 cents

big props on riding a banshee for fmx, most are obviously 4 pokes. It might sound silly, but I dont watch fmx much because theres no banshees, R's, etc. very unique what youre doing I commend you for that. p.s. do a how in CT lol
