Insurance is optional.......NC don't register ATV's.....If your the owner of a quad you just need a bill of sale or title showing proof that you are the legal owner/buyer of that ATV. The only way you will get a title in your name in NC is if you buy it new from a dealer. I have my title & a bill of sale from the previous owner that signed the title & bill of sale over to me when I brought my shee. I took it to my local DMV to get it registered in my name & the lady there told me that they don't register ATV's. I asked her how could I prove that this ATV is legally mines & she said as long as it's signed over from previous owner to buyer it is legit & that I need to keep my bill of sale & title in a safe place that nobody else has access to. If I didn't they could steal my paper work & forged signatures & say I sold it to them & there's nothing I could do. That's what I was tolded by the lady that worked in the DMV...

I'm tenting too....& everybody that ride with me has 4 strokes....One of my in laws suppose to be getting a banshee Sat.......So right now if things still go as planned. I'm bringing my shee (of course), LTZ 250, 300ex, 660 raptor, 750 brute force, (2) 350 rancher's, 400ex, inlaw's banshee if he get's it, suzuki eiger 400 & honda 300 four trax. The people that own these bike's already gave me the ok that they are down & it's a plan as long as nothing very important comes up. It's a hell of alot more rider's that I have not talk to yet but I know they will be down for this too. I'm going to try my best to do this big for the East Coast BHQ ride.

I don't know what to tell you other than it like the BIKE FEST @ Myrtle Beach in October, except this has mostly ATV's & more freedom...... You do everything you wanna do except illegal shit in public.....lol.....what do you really wanna hear?

X2....If I can get up with everybody...I can get at least 15-20 atv's to come down there with me. We average like 8-10 atv's on a BS day just riding. I'm going to let my crew know what's up. I got a good feeling about this, it's going to be a BIG EVENT & anniversaries to come after this. madjimmax....is that your personal dog as your avatar? He look just like my dog, except mine is black with white stripe between his eyes & white chest.

It's over 1500 acres of riding land & I have not been thru the whole thing yet....it has all types of trails for any atv you ride....hell if you got jet ski's, UTV's, dune buggies & any other play toy you can ride there & not have to worry about the owners or whoever breathing all over your neck for everything. They have what the average ATV park has except more land & rights to riding. I know once this BHQ trip go down at Busco Beach it will get bigger & better. Wacko2000 you will be back more than you thought once you come the first time.

The two main reason I love going to Busco Beach is: #1: it's affordable for each & everybody #2: You can ride all day & night without a curfew I'll be there.....

X2.....I'm down.....I don't know of any big ATV parks on the EAST COAST other than BUSCO BEACH here in GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA. Look up Busco Beach on the internet, it's NICE.....

X2....I personally dealt with Kevin at HJR.....but I have heard nothing but excellent remarks about Jeff & his work. It's up to you.....like stated before you can't go wrong with any of them. I have the same set-up your looking to get & it's really than stock......

I run 34PJ's & im dailed in at 48 pilots mid clip & 158 mains (summer) 50 pilots mid clip & 162 (winter) at sea level. Hope this help you out.

What up BHQ fam? I tore my engine down because I had a lean condition on my left cylinder. I remove the crank & seen that the cases where gauled badly & that it had a little crack on the left cylinder side. I looked closely & assumed that the crank was out of true & hit the cases & cracked it. The mating surface on the left cylinder side has a little hump on it & is not straight. Could I get these cases fixed or do I need to trash them? Here are some pics I took to get some opinions on what happen & what to do with them. Thanks in advance. Waterpump seal gone bad.

Im looking to buy some ported cases in good used condition. If there not ported, it's not mandatory I will still look into buying them as long as there in good condition. (No chain whack & crank grooving in the cases) Thanks in advance.

I would get it rebuilt, it will save you money in the long run. Rebuild the crank now & save the headache of it giving out on you later & damaging other internal parts.
