  1. this late in the year the parking lot shouldnt be full, should be no problem to park the jeep and trailer there, unload and drive any or all 3 vehicles in.
  2. The reason ppl bring trucks in is to either get a banshee in that wont pass db test or is a full drag bike.. or you bring chairs and coolers and tools. Not many or any dunes give you the option to be on one of the nicest beaches on the great lakes.
  3. This past year they have stream lined the entrance of the dunes. youll need: sparkies flag with 10x10 solid orange not see through ( can be bought there) helmet and goggles ( can be bought there) state park & orv stickers ( can be bought there) Ive never been tested for db but they have checked me for sparkies. Do you plan on being dune ready which means you drive your truck with atv in the back? or parking lot with a trailer?
  4. Thats a $160 wang crank. Taiwan junk rods and bearings. Should be ashamed of himself for selling that crap Send that back to him, get a vitos or hotrods crank.
  5. 27.5 pilot and buy in pairs main jets up to 330 or so. 290, 300, 310, 320, 330
  6. What comes in the kit will hold north of 120hp with 7 plate clutch and our dune spring clutch. 3 balls go in the long grooves and 2 in the short ones. You could use less than 2 in every groove, 80hp right? could probably do 2 in the long grooves and stagger 1 and 2 in the short grooves. You can pm or call us for more tuning and questions. I
  7. Driveline Performance $199.95
  8. Bring the bike to Driveline performance for a dyno tune
  9. The cylinders we had have plated were "ported" passed as cast. And what I mean is since the porting as cast is so low, to allow us and builders as much room and options for port timing as possible. We raised the exhaust ports to a "dune" port duration. Those are basically as cast with the port timing raised above what basically oem was. Plating one of our cylinders "as cast" is'nt something we'll be doing, nor what any builder would do. We do offer porting for an additional price. That would be done before plating to the customers riding style/mods/ etc. then plated insuring the best finish overall. The price of port work would depend how much or how little work the customer would want. We're thinking some where in the $250-$300 range for full drag porting and as little as $50-$100 to do minor opening or polishing or port durations changed to the customers liking. This would all be discussed with the customer at the time of purchase. As far as our domes fitting that head... not sure. Ive never seen the inside of one but I'd imagine so. We do offer the machining of oem heads to accept our domes for $100.
  10. We're finishing a big run of domes right now before the trip. When we get home we'll be cutting cylinders all October. Right now we have plated 68mm cylinders on the shelf. We have pistons for the 66mm bores already. I would say by the end of October we'll have 66 & 68 in all the strokes raw unplated.
  11. At 69mm everything is so close it's a real pain to get them to seal
  12. So kansas city is where I should buy beer?
  13. BLUE was my 465 cub sept '14 RED is my Driveline Performance 465 sept '15 The only differences on the entire bike configuration were cylinders of course and last year I ran a 19/38 so it did mph better, this year I used 18/38. I did have that cub make 116hp before but I cant find graphs from 2010/11. Ive always want to hit 120hp with inframe pipes, I came close with the cub and I'm certain I'll get there with these.
  14. 2hp more than my cub last September. Same pipes, carbs and lower end. I meant to get a picture of the graphs but forgot today, I'll try to remember tomorrow.
  15. There's a shop that has a set and they got 81hp and 46tq. I'm pretty sure they've made changes and are in the 87hp range now. We'll be building 392 and 421 cc engines next month.
  16. skinny fucks, rather it be cool than hot as fuck
  17. drain the tank of methanol, put in a small amount of purge gas, purge the bike, drain the tank and carbs. Taking the carbs apart and doing a full clean out is what i do after that.
  18. If you damage 1 side on a mono block you still pay for both bores to be plated. If you damage 1 side on a single just take it off and fix the bad 1. I've never hurt both sides at the same time, it's always hurt one and the other looks new still.
  19. I could set you up with our new 421cc cylinder kit and the rest of corresponding parts. $999 for whats pictured
