    We're looking for as many stock heads as possible. They can be pitted in the chambers but not milled more than .020".

    the old plugs may have been just to keep dirt and debris out of the motor during shipping

    a leak down test couldnt hurt either, but figuring out whats going on the in motor for squish and compression is sumthing that you need to know. especailly after melting spark plugs

    too further my response, when we did install the motors, theres always a customer that complains when we add 3 gallons of antifreeze and 6 quarts of oil to there bill. like it should be included in the price of the motor alone.

    Yes. Was he charged for oil? The owner of the machine should be checking the fluids also. Im my personal experience I've built many atv and automotive engines and non of them get oil before leaving. Now I always tell the customer that no water or oil is in the engine

    theyre stock... but you measure the small end of the carb not the bell end for bore size.
