  1. Lakes dyno now is the old dyno edge dyno jet 168. Ive had a few motors tuned on that machine.
  2. Trying to remember when we moved the dyno into the shop on Allen rd? Around early 2008 in think. Before that it was being loaned to lakes motor sports. So it could have been there or there's a chance you went to dyno edge on Reese rd, the next rd west of Allen.
  3. Trying to decrease case volume. The holes are there on stock cases.
  4. I ran mine laborday weekend with too much compression,185psi. It held just fine, no leaks. I switched to one of our billet heads and re cut domes for the bhq ride but the only reason was to show the billet head to people that havent seen it yet.
  5. $125 with no core exchange, $100 with a good useable core. make sure to included phone # and or email and any other info like setup or desired fuel to be used. send them to: Driveline Performance 2978 Allen rd Ortonville,MI 48462 Business hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm est 248-793-3535
  6. All I can say is that ive been running that bearing support as long as it's been out. A good 4 years, with it barely tight. It's never back off or got loose.
  7. 30mm on a 4mm is 191° 34.5 on a 4mm is 172°
  8. 180° is like 34.5mm exhaust on a 7mm 197° is 30mm on a 7mm
  9. More stroke. If the port timing are that low with a 7mm crank they'd be higher on cylinder ported for a 4mm.
  10. .120 is generally the most youll cut into the dome
  11. No, I use a 1 1/4 wrench and barely get it passed snug. They can't back off cuz of the bearing
  12. Is there anything from Driveline Performance that any of you would like buy at LS? I'll make a thread tonight if there's enough interest. I'll be bringing as much as I can of the popular items but chains and sprockets are heavy, don't want to bring to many if I don't have to. Check the website. We carry clutches, domes, gaskets, throttle cables, sprockets, chains & chain tensioners, power jets and more.
  13. The dial gauge is safe to use, not sure about the axle
  14. Water freezing in the jackets is what causes that
  15. I had a cylinder that was cracked like that millennium did it for less than 600 but more than 350
  16. The bearing you guys are talking about has a full clip on it... the countershaft bearing uses a half moon like the crank bearing.
  17. so the pin was "loose" and the rod rubbed the cases? or is the bearing shot? looks rusty in the pics for only haveing 10 passes on it
  18. so it pulled the mag side over but not the pto? theres no pics to prove its not seperated and pics of the other side welds
